Thanks for nothing, literally. Place order and prepaid for 2 roasted turkey breasts for Thanksgiving because I was traveling to Austin and couldn’t make my own. Received confirmation and then 2 or three emails reminding me to pick up as schedule on Wed Nov 24 at 1 PM. I called the store at noon because I thought I might be late and was urged to be on time. I arrived at my appointment time and was told that the supplier ran out of turkeys and they were now out. I RESERVED AND PREPAID, who got my 2 turkey breasts. Day before Thanksgivings and I have no turkey! Asked manager for refund and she said she couldn’t issue without my CC that I didn’t have because I PREPAID. Done with HoneyBaked!
I pre-ordered my Thanksgiving dinner a month ago and pre-paid. Went to pick it up at this Austin location only to find that people walking in last minute we’re able to buy the pre-ordered food. I was told everything I had ordered was sold out. Happy Thanksgiving. My first and last experience with this place.
PLEASE - never order from here.Just a terribly run branch of this company. Clearly no SOPs in place (or at least not followed).Took 45 minutes from scheduled time, which would be fine if they're just busy. But...1. They serve customers completely out of order (of either arrival or appointment);2. They ran out of things that had been ordered weeks in advance, which delayed orders; and3. Worst of all, they only gave us half our order, so we had to go back to get the other half.These are all things that well-run operations and SOPs can easily fix, so there's just no excuse, busy or not.

Bought 2 half hams,both cashiers friendly.asked about military discount had 10% discount but didn't know how to give it, manager on phone.waited.too long,apparently manager didn't care enough to get off phone for 2 minutes.
