Highly recommend. The Carne Asada sandwich was insane. Also the Monte Cristo was very very good. The proprietor DID try to sneak a bunch of mark ups into my order, very offhand, like i wouldnt notice ?... Which I thought was a little shady, but other than that it was a great experience.
Daddy of the Mac is where its at! Fries are bomb too. Highly recommend.
I love the guys running this truck...i personally believe they're way too talented, especially when they made vegan cheese melt....like magic?? it's deliciousI'm super stoked they have vegan options now!! Also, the chips are fire.

Literally one of the best stops for Unique Grilled Cheese sandwiches, I always order two because they're so good, and I eat a lot lol.
We were just hungry and passing by and weren’t expecting much from a grilled cheese truck. Little did we know we’d have the best grilled cheese of our lives here! We got the California one and my boyfriend and I regret splitting it. Don’t pass on the fries either…they were super hot and fresh (as fries should be) and were dusted with a little sugar. ?Can’t wait to come back and try another grilled cheese and the tomato soup!I’ll be getting my own this time.
Exceptional. My girlfriend and I came here after ACL and the grilled cheese did not disappoint. I had a grilled cheese with brisket and she had the OMG Melt (which we’re told Miley Cyrus had the night before) and they were both life changing. I plan on quitting my job, moving to Austin, and eating happy grilled cheese for the rest of my life.
I got the Cuban and the smores with bacon. The Cuban was delicious, I would definitely order it again. The smores was surprisingly good. I didn't think I would enjoy it as much as I did. The guy running the truck was super nice too
