Fire your bartender with the red beard and piercings. My company paid to buy out the whole Eleanor for a formal event. We arranged for them to have $5 specialty cocktails. We went to order one and the bartender told my fiancé “those come in smaller glasses why don’t you order a big margarita like a “big girl”. I then tried to order a and he said in a demeaning voice “that’s a daiquiri”. So then my fiancé turned to me and said I bet they’re the same price let’s just go with the bigger drink. Nope. Big surprise when we got our bill back for $30 for two drinks. No wonder the bartender wanted to push us into getting cocktails from the “normal” menu. 20% gratuity was built in so he probably saw a nice tip from that. How about you let your patrons order what they want after they’ve rented your venue for the night. These pushy tactics just make customers angry and feel taken advantage for a few extra dollars. Left us with a bad taste.

Frank and his team are wonderful and their attention to detail is unmatched! We hosted a reception for 300 people and it was absolutely amazing. The venue, the event planner, the team the night of - everything was great! We will definitely host at The Eleanor again.
Oh man, where do I begin!I first reached out to the Eleanor events email address in early July to inquire on renting the space for my 30th birthday party. Frank promptly responded and answered every one of my questions (spread over the course of 50+ emails) with never-ending patience.On the day of the event, I arrived to the venue where I was introduced to the staff and catered to through the entirety of the night. The drinks were delicious, the music bumping, and the vibes impeccable! When my boyfriend surprised me with a proposal the lights were turned up and the music turned down right on cue - Frank even surprised me with sparklers! I have nothing but the highest praise for Frank and the Eleanor team. They were on top of everything and completing requests before I even had the time to make them. My friends and I can't wait to return and make the Eleanor a regular hang-out spot. The compliments keep coming in - how cool the venue looked, how great the drinks were, how kind the staff was. Thank you Frank! You made this girl's dream come true!

We dropped in for their Christmas themed pop up cocktail bar and it was nothing short of magnificent! Highly recommend!

Reservations required for this truly special, festive experience leading up to Christmas, called the Miracle on 5th Street! Never been to a Christmas-themed bar, and this place offered holiday drinks in a beautifully decorated room, all while feeling safe from Covid. Staff was exceptionally friendly, and I will always remember it as a memorable, classy night out with the best company.
