Recommend the poutine tots and chicken and waffles. Love that it’s super dog friendly.

Absolutely Fantastic! Great staff, amazing food and great beer/bourbon selection

Great divey bar with a killer personality and a fantastic Cajun-leaning menu. I recommend the chicken tendies!

Came here on Mother's day 2022. Arrived a few minutes after 11am. We were the 4th table in & 3rd table that ordered food. There was a total of 9 people total in the place. It took 65mins for wife & i to get our biscuits & chicken/waffles meal. We had to ask for an eta on our order 4 times. Told the kitchen was busy but we were the 3rd order of the day before the noon rush. When food arrived it was not hot. It tasted decent but over an hour to wait? Not worth it. Bartender was annoyed we kept asking about food & not polite about it. As we were getting up to leave the food arrived. I would not recommend this place unless you like sitting & waiting. Drinks were fast but both tables next to us ask about their food too. Go somewhere else.

Dive bar with a soul. Small staff so you order your drinks at the bar, but oddly it adds to the togetherness of the atmosphere. Somewhat limited selection but again, it's strangely warm. You don't have to pour over endless drink choices and try to make up your mind. This is a beer, shot, quick mix drink place, but what is on their menu is superb. Food was shockingly good, though again it's limited but that's the effing point. You can meet friends here. You can make friends here if you have enough social skills. Basically the best I can say is that it's the opposite of a stuffy bar. Simple, direct, have a drink, sit down, and relax. My new favorite East Austin watering hole.

First time here and came on St Patrick’s day for happy hour and the DJ. Got here at 4:45 and ordered a gin and tonic, but they were out of tonic. My friend tried to order a whiskey sour, said they couldn’t make it. Then tried to order a burger and said they were out. We probably should have left right then but we were starving. Pretty disappointed with the evening. DJ was great but wasn’t there very long, and for $10 a cocktail you can find much more comfortable/cleaner bars in the area.

Neighborhood bar vibes with passable food (peeps say the brunch is fire) and an excellent patio. Taco Fuego pop ups are mwah

Great happy hour. Good deviled eggs and cheap, solid wells!

Went for Sunday brunch and the food was amazing. Got there just after 11 so it wasn't too busy. Ordered food and sat outside. Got the shrimp and grits and it was incredible.

Food and drinks are great. They've recently expanded their outdoor seating. The joint's also run by old school Austin folks, so that's rad!
