What a well run restaurant! Looked to me like it started from the top down. The manager stopped by my table, the host staff and wait staff were all pleasant, efficient and super friendly. They acted like they cared, which is hard to find these days. And there was plenty of staff. The food was delicious, and came quickly. I believe my waiter was Quincy; he did a great job!
Traveling from Houston. Worthy the wait. I have been waited like 1 hour ( check in by phone) but the service and the food were great. Tyler did a wonderful job!
My wife and I wanted to go out and celebrate a special occasion. We were waiting to be seated for a long time although we were on the waiting list. We had to wait for 55 minutes before we were seated. After we were helped to get seated we sat down waiting for the server for 30 minutes to come back and take out order after she brought us diet cola but she never came back. I asked another staff about our server but no body showed up. We headed towards the exit doors before the manager eventually showed up and asked us what happened. I explained everything to him. He said he was sorry but did not do anything about it or said anything about the server or anything nice to comfort the situation. I left without even eating anything after wasting more than an hour waiting. I wanted to eat a steak for two weeks now because I was super busy working but thanks to them they ruined my night and our celebration. Horrible place for sure and I will never go back there again. It was my wife's first time to road house too.
Great food and great service
My husband took me to eat at Texas Roadhouse for Valentine's day,I was very happy but having to ride the bus it was a long ride and having had stomach surgery I didn't eat anything because I was very anxious and nervous. We get there and they seat us and I told my husband I had to go to the restroom,well ( being very ambarrased I tried to hurry up my stomach was hurting. I hear females waiting so my anxiety just makes everything worse for me. I finally get out and one of the waitresses goes in and comes back out and tells the lady in back of her she can go in. She looks at another waitress waiting in line to ,and makes a face and laughs. I was so ambarrased and very hurt. I mean when you have depression,stomach issues and anxiety seeing something like that really hurts you. I just wash my hands get a paper towel and dry my hands and she seems to think she's funny. I walk out because I didn't want to make a scene I just wanted to disappear from there. I get back to my table and just feel like crying. Everything else was great but that was so uncalled for I mean isn't that what a restroom is for?? I wish I would of gotten her name. And I didn't even eat my food I just brought it home. People like that don't know how much doing something that can really affect someone.
