We had a good time and enjoyed the food and drinks.I especially loved the mushroom rice. Really good. Also the spinach dip and the creamy corn. But with nice spicy touch. Their food was pretty tasty.The service was good and the place is nice. But the music is loud. It’d be nice if it was a bit lower so we have the change to talk at a decent tone.Also the restroom (female) wasn’t clean and had tissues on the sink and around the toilet on the ground.
This was beyond the worst experience! I spent $106 for the below average food to arrive. This was the chicken fried steak that I ordered with extra gravy. No gravy arrived and the steak looks like it was an after thought. I called the store and all the guy could say, “ I can take your name and maybe next time you come in I can maybe make it right.” You are kidding me right? Why the heck would I ever spend money here again. Half of our order wasn’t delivered and the guy at the store said he realizes this was on them not Uber eats. So very disappointed and I highly recommend you go anywhere else.
The food was good, steak sauces were really good, steaks were goodService was friendly but terrible, rarely …..rarely checked on by the waiter, gratuity of 20% was automatically applied (we were a table of 5).The waitstaff definitely didn’t earn 20% gratuity, which equaled $85 gratuityGood steak, poor service, poor policies
I'm so sad! I really wanted to love this place because of all the great reviews, but alas, my order was not so great.My smoked steak was way overcooked and dry (I ordered medium rare). The mashed potatoes were good though and well seasoned. The mac and cheese was also good. The bread pudding was delicious, but I've never come across a bread pudding that I didn't like.I also requested plastic utensils and didn't get any.
Awesome experience at this place. Ordered some salads and unfortunately there was an issue with the system and the order didn’t go through to the kitchen. Had a flight to catch so we actually just had them cancel the order even though the chef, Rex, came out himself and apologized and promised to have the salads out within 5 minutes. They comped the soup and appetizer we had ordered and received. Our waiter was also the bartender and was running his butt off. It was obviously no one’s fault here, but the sincerity was clear and the accommodation was not necessary but very appreciated. I would definitely recommend this place.
My wife and I decided to give this place a try and boy did we make the right call. We had the T bone steak and it was cooked to perfection. The Jalapeño creamed corn was really good very fresh tasting. We asked extra crispy fries and they nailed it. The decor is very rustic and inviting. Overall a good experience. Would definitely come back for more.
The food was good no complaints other then I almost finished the main course before the macaroni actually came out other then that service is horrible the waiter was taking her sweet time we barely even saw her wanted to put a Togo order in but didn't have another 45 min to just sit and wait . Bartender did his thing tho Great drinks . This place is to high priced for such mediocre service .
Reasonable quality. Descent food. Subpar service. I saw my waiter skirt 4 times in total. Another employee stopped by to bring me a salad I already had. I asked for an extra side of dressing & he told me he would take care of it right away. I never saw that person again. I had to ask another person for it. It took 9 minutes to bring it out. My water continually went dry. The waiter never actually asked me how the food was. I didn't see him for 37 minutes after getting my entree. The restaurant was clean & the food was not bad though. Lacking in the customer service.
Appetizers n entrees were spot on. Our waitress n staff were very attentive. I highly recommend TL&C over Salt Traders for better steaks and reasonable prices. Actually even better steaks than Carve.
It was really clean inside, I loved the fireplace they had on. The staff was pretty good. The rolls were warm and yummy. I'd go back.
