Service was quick, selection was easy and the speed on the arrival could not be better!

Love the watermelon juice from here but almost impossible to get it delivered to my house because despite being listed (and the store actually being open) they’re almost always listed as closed on Doordash
That reason I give 3 start is because the Vietnamese coffee is horribly bakery 85• have the best. Should have the tradicional Vietnamese coffee only make people confuse about light and dark I get the dark and trow in the trash . But other drinks are amazing good Love everything else . 5 start for the stuff and other things.

I will always give props to Teapioca because my first date with my wife was here! But I want to give a shout out for a recent experience that happened recently.We both go there on a regular basis to get a specialty taro smoothie with props (which isn't on the menu but they will still make). This last trip, we ended up getting liquid drink with ice cubes, which was probably on me because I didn't say "smoothie" when putting in the order. However, they were willing to be flexible and give us the smoothie drinks anyway!To err is human, but I give props on how they handled it. Keep up the good work!
Went to this place around 9:55 pm yesterday night. There was a small queue and we waited patiently for our turn. Finally when our turn came, they refused to take our order because it was 10:01 and they close at 10. I tried explaining patiently that we entered the shop before 10am and were simply standing in the queue for our turn. The front desk person was very rude and said he does not want to take our order. U shd start locking your door and remove the “open” board at 10. Highly unprofessional, there are better tapioca lounges elsewhere. Avoid this rude place.
LOVE this place!! One of my favorite “treat myself” things to get. If you have never tried the lychee jellies- I’d recommend them with any of the cream teas (except maybe the Thai tea which is better with traditional boba).
We come here with kids all the time. We love their Boba smoothies and Taiwanese shaved Ice. Friendly and fast service as well.
