If you’re looking for authentic Vietnamese comfort food in West campus, this is the place! Friends and I have had multiple late night meals here and each time has hit the spot, which means a lot when you’re far from home. You also can’t beat the fact that they give large portions while still remaining affordable (we’ve all had our fair share of overpriced, small portions around Austin). The staff are all very thoughtful and communicative, and though there may be longer than usual wait times during rushes, I don’t blame them at all considering the ongoing labor shortage. Some highly recommend items from friends and me are the grilled pork chops with rice, house special noodles, and the earl grey milk tea!

The crispy tofu is a tasty and affordable snack, but you pay for kitchen items with your time..Had to wait over 30 minutes to get it. This wait time is consistent with other times I have ordered from their kitchen, which date as far back as the past 1 to 2 years (which indicates the business does not intend to change their methodology). The food is good if you aren't pressed for time, but you do need to be ready to wait for it.Edit: The owner's response is an argument from false equivalence. Everyone waited for their order, but they waited LESS for their order. I was order 60, and the order being served already reached 77 by the time I received my food. I understand that staff is low, but pointing that out is unnecessary. Explaining the cause for the observation in my review doesn't change anything about the objective reality stated in my review. I am informing readers to expect a wait if they order food. Explaining why the wait is long doesn't change my message. The owner's response is redundant.

My friends and I always go to tapioca house to decompress after having a bunch of school. They have amazing food and their boba is actually affordable with having good quality. They owners are super nice and sweet. They really care for their customers. I’d definitely recommend them over any other place around campus.

Literally my home away from home. I go here all the time and the owners are so sweet! I’ve loved all the food I’ve gotten from here like the sesame balls, crispy chicken bites, lo mein, and more. They also have a big variety of drinks that I usually can’t find anywhere else which is really nice!

The new owners are super nice and have really great service. I love their pineapple tea with rainbow jelly, sugarcane juice, and strawberry milk tea with boba!! I really recommend their calimari, sesame balls, lo mein, and house special noodles. The prices are much lower than any other boba place you’d probably find in Austin too. My friends and I come here all the time and they are always so welcoming and sweet to talk to. Very much a home away from home :)

New ownership + tasty snacks! The chicken bites were okay, but the tofu, dumplings, and carrots (surprising right) were solid. The combos are okay, but I’ll be back for more fried snacks!

This place give me the best boba and very good Vietnamese Noodle soup. Staff very nice. I have good experience from here. Let's come and get nice time at Tapioca House!

Stopped by late on a weekday night to grab boba. Came out quick and tasted great. They keep the place clean. Really nice people too!

Love this place! Me, my mom, and daughter came here and got bubble tea, calamari, and dumplings. The food was SO delicious and the tea was A1. The customer service was phenomenal. So friendly and caring, you can tell they love to get to know their customers. Will 100% be my favorite bubble tea spot from now on. You have a couple of new loyal customers now! Thanks so much!

First time eating here and ended up getting 2 meals and 2 milk teas- I will say some of the best noodle dishes I've ever had and the food was very fresh- husband and wife making all orders fresh to order with passion.Good prices on the food and a good attitude and restaurant very clean and inviting
