I just ordered a "make your own" salad and found this brown jello or potentially fat at the bottom of my bowl. I am scarred for life and they will not answer their phones/texts to tell me what this could possibly be. Never again.

Whether you're looking to lose weight or just eat better, then look no further than sweetgreen!Sweetgreen is an absolute banger. They're one of my favorite healthy spots to eat at! They have a wide variety of different salads to choose from and honestly can't go wrong with most items here. There's one sauce that I don't like and it's the nuoc cham vinaigrette which I describe as tangy and sour. Other than that, I have high regards to everything else!The one gripe I hear is the price and I justify it because the salads are a great filling portion plus the ingredients are fresh PLUS you can build your own salad so you get to have full autonomy over your own salad if you wish. Sometimes if I have chicken/meat at home already cooked, I'll just get a salad without meat and save a little $ and then add it at home, so that's one thing you could do to save on cost.With that said, I give them a 5/5 for being amazing!Sincerely,@thehungrylonghorn from Instagram
Found the perfect dinner salads at Sweetgreen. My husband and I customized our salads and they were wonderfully tasty. We wished we had one near our home. Yummy and customer service oriented.
Everyone here has always been helpful and friendly. Not sure if mobile ordering was required in the past, but you can order in person normally these days. All the ingredients are great quality and the mushrooms are especially delicious. My only complaint is delivery ordering closes much earlier than actual store hours
The food is delicious. Super healthy and well priced. The service is another story. The last three times I’ve been here they’ve taken over 10 mins per customer. It’s a salad bar system, we should be through the line in one to two minutes.The employees don’t seem to care at all that a long builds up even when they’re not busy.There doesn’t seem to be a manager on site because only one person is working the front and one person is chopping stuff in the back. The person in the front had to walk to the back to get ingredients. It almost felt like an abandoned business that was left to the last couple employees to run it. No sense of urgency when a long line was building.I want to love this place but he service is so disastrous. I won’t be coming in unless I’m the first person in line. I really hope they fix it cause the food is great

Really flavorful food, I stopped here while walking around downtown. I have to eat gluten free so it can be difficult to find restaurants that can accomodate with their menu and have things that are more filling than just a salad. This place has great toppings for the bowls, really enjoyed it!
