Just like our poor wedding experience with you guys, we still haven’t gotten a response back as to why we didn’t receive all the food we paid for. At least y’all are consistent. Food tastes good, but unprofessional and not reliable for your event. We started working with Sweet Treets for our wedding way in advance bc we really wanted to lock them in. Initially, the experience was good, so we got our quote and paid the deposit. When we came to a month out from our wedding, they were not responsive what so ever. We needed to check in, confirm, get info for coordinating, but after multiple emails, calls, and messages left, they finally responded more than a week later - asking for more money. More money for multiple things - mind you we already had a quote. When we asked why we owe more and why they haven’t been responsive, it was about another week later until a response and their excuse was that our original consultant was no longer with them. As we are still trying to figure out final pricing bc they kept talking about how we didn’t have enough food* (I’ll come back to this), needed a better delivery time (costs more), now have higher prices for items (they decided they’ll honor some original prices but not others?), and ridiculously priced design elements, it again, takes them forever and a day to respond while we are 2-3 weeks out from our wedding. It was like this painful war of attrition and so we just accepted whatever new quote they gave to try and ensure that they’d even show up with food, as we got an email in the midst saying that we had to pay a deposit or else we wouldn’t be in the calendar - yet we had already paid our deposit the year prior and confirmed our date! Finally, day of wedding, no one checked in w us like every other vendor did. We didn’t even know they came and were just praying they did. Come to find out, they broke my cake topper when placing it on top of the cake AND didn’t even give us the amount of food we contracted and paid for, that they told us to increase! After all that trouble in that last month, they proved in the end that they are just not dependable. This was the only vendor for our whole wedding that gave us any grief. We were so disappointed bc the food is good… but you shouldn’t have to worry about if you’ll get it or having a basic line of communication, especially weeks/days before your big day. Can not recommend for an event.
Sweet Treets absolutely nailed our wedding cake! We had a very specific, non traditional idea of what we wanted for a wedding cake (muted pink with cut outs of the moon phases) and they perfected it! & not only did it look good but it tasted good as well! Highly recommend
Our wedding was in July and Sweet Treets was okay. They worked with us through the pandemic which was kind. However, we went to a second tasting since it was over a year later, they didn’t have us on the books despite my now husband confirming it via email. We drove about an hour to have to find another thing to do while they figured things out and prepared everything. Not ideal when spending over $800 on 2 cakes with delivery, paid tasting, and making a drive under the impression everything was all ready to go.Our grooms cake also had the wrong colors on the bottom tier despite the photo and multiple instructions on the invoice and via emails. Little details do matter and messing up a popular MLB logo when it was stated/shown in multiple places was disappointing and obvious. We had multiple guests point it out which was fairly embarrassing for us. (And it’s in our wedding photos forever so just a reminder that little details for desserts do matter). On a positive note, our main wedding cake and the other tiers were beautiful and correct.The cakes tasted great and they do a one-year anniversary cake so you don’t have to freeze the original, so there are silver linings there. Just wish the instructions and photos were followed when paying as much as we did and made it very clear what we wanted.I would recommend them and have continued to do so on the local bridal groups due to the taste and look of the cakes, but give caution regarding little details.
Sweet Treets did a masterful job of our wedding cake. Despite the pandemic and limited ways to taste the traditional way, Sweet Treets went above and beyond our expectations. From the tasting (which was so hard given the great options) to the selection process and of course delivery and day-of, we have nothing but great memories thanks to Sweet Treets. Every guest loved their piece (and some two - it was that good), we are so thankful to the whole staff that made our day what it was. We look forward to celebrating every year with an honorary piece and so much more. Thank you again Sweet Treets. 10/10 Recommend!
We can't recommend Sweet Treets enough. We expected about 150 people and ordered a 4 tier cake with an extra half sheet cake. We ended up with about 135 and took the entire half sheet home (can't complain about extra cake!) We picked four(!) different flavors because they were all so delicious -- the Lemon Raspberry was our favorite. They also had other delicious desserts like brownies, cookies, and so much more!While we were getting ready on our wedding day, our wedding coordinator came in to tell us that the Sweet Treets delivery vehicle was T-boned and flipped over with two people and five wedding cakes inside including ours. Everyone was thankfully okay but the cakes were ruined -- at no fault of Sweet Treets at all. With the wedding in a few hours, we expected to just pick up some cakes from the grocery store and call it a day... but Sweet Treets somehow re-made a delicious and beautiful 4 tier cake + sheet cake at the last minute. They truly went above and beyond for us on our wedding day, and we look forward to being loyal customers for many years to come.

Sweet Treats Bakery and their team are awesome! They made the cake for my wedding, and it was absolutely perfect. Everyone that I talked to, whether it was via email or in person, was very friendly and eager to help me with designing the cake. I sent them a photo of what I wanted and they were able to recreate it without a problem. I also appreciate helping customize the amount of filling between cake layers. :) Highly recommend for weddings and any other events. (PS Their lemon/raspbery cake is absolutely delicious!)
Great experience! We found Sweet Treats after visiting multiple places in search of a cake for our wedding in February. When we walked into Sweet Treets, we were greeted by Lola who was amazing! She was very knowledgable and friendly. She was able to answer all of our questions and walk us through the entire process. Thank you so much for making this process easy and fun!
YUM! The cake was SO good! Such a big hit with everyone and it looked INSANE! Everyone was so in love with the design and it was everything the couple dreamed of and more! Also, Dom was SO great and was the perfect person to both deliver and place floral on the cake! It looked so good and I swear I took like 10 videos of it from different angles! He also wore a scarf that gave me Harry Potter vibes and I don't know if it was intentional but 10/10! I am a wedding planner in Austin and I LOVE using Sweet Treets!
We needed a cake for a handfasting event and ordered from Sweet Treats. They were wonderful to work with: got the design just right, were very helpful, and the cake was delicious! All of our guests were impressed with the cake and raved about it. One hundred percent satisfied with everything!
