La comida es muy buena sin embargo tienen que trabajar en presentar más limpio el lugar, las meses no se limpian de adecuadamente al finalizar el servicio. Es clara la falta de personal. Llevan varios meses con los mismos problemas
Sushi zushi the overall resturant has really changed. There are very few waitstaff to accommodate everyone they seat. Even with a rsvp it was obvious we needed to sit at the bar. The food quality seems to have gone down. The people are awesome. They do the best they can, but there is def something missing.
Will never return… dirty dishes and cutlery on the table. 15 minutes before they took our drink order… but hadn’t provided a drink menu. After 30 minutes they hadn’t even brought water. At this point we walked out.
The place smelled like carpets had not been cleaned in forever
I brought my boyfriend here for his birthday to try somewhere new hoping it would go great. We unfortunately didn’t receive the basic serving attention due to the fact the he was the only server serving, not the only server there might I add. We could tell he was stressed and gave him the best case scenario. When it comes to the food, the taste of the rice gave away that it was old, my order didn’t match its menu description, the portions were small, and my boyfriend never received his sashimi after an hour of ordering and 30 minutes of me receiving my food and he had to ask for it to be removed from the bill. I also didn’t know what I was charged. I requested a receipt in order to make sure the sashimi was in fact removed and didn’t even get it; I had to check my bank statements…
This was a great dinner, we always enjoy the food and the server was phenomenal.
Food was alright, not great. Service was rushed and not courteous., rude.
The waiter completely forgot about us. We watch 3 tables get there appetizers and meal before we even got our appetizers. Then they told us an hour later that our food was next to come up. We decided just to leave and get food else where
The service was absolutely horrendous & the reception tried to tell us we didn’t have a reservation, but come to find out she confirmed our reservation but then deleted it from their end right before our time.
Delay the food 1 hour
