The clay pot looks super cool but was entirely lacking in flavor of any sort, was not able to help it along with the various sauces/chili oils provided. Couldn't eat it.Maybe the other dishes are better?

I popped in for a quick lunch and to my surprise it was the best Authentic Vietnamese food I’ve had in Austin. Everything was phenomenal, nice atmosphere and the service was outstanding. I will definitely be back ???

Delicious classic Vietnamese dishes packed with much flavor! We ordered Canh Chua (traditional Vietnamese sweet/sour soup), Bo luc lac, and Bo Ne (steak/eggs). All dishes were on point and seasoned well! The beef was very tender and juicy. Service was attentive and positive and the restaurant itself was very clean. Definitely will be coming back!

I LOVE this place. Gives me a taste of home that no where else in Austin does. I particularly love their hot and sour soup. Just like the way my uncle makes it. I have been coming to this place for years and they always deliver on flavors. Make sure you eat everything on the plate and don’t forget to ask for the chili sauce!I’m happy that they have moved to a bigger location. Hopefully this means good things for the restaurant.

So we got very salty food. We gave them the opportunity to rectify the situation but still got charged for all the food and remade food as well. We wrote a bad review earlier because of food consistency issues. Then I had to go back to pick up my mom's glasses she left and instead of helping us out, the owner started yelling at us. He kicked me out immediately even came outside to keep yelling at me. He said don't come back again. Don't worry, that won't happen.

Food was really delicious! We got the wonton noodle soup, Chilean sea bass, soda lemonade and tea.Only recommendation is for the staff to not hand the hot cast iron plate to the customer. But to rather place it on the table and slide it to the customer. I was scared of burning my fingers when the waitress handed me the cast iron plate.

The Banh Xeo Hai San- seafoodShrimp and Calamari...This was ok at best. The shrimp had no flavor and the calamari was very bland bicycle tire like chewy. The dish looks massive but it's mostly air and not very filling at all. As a whole it wasn't bad flavor wise when using all the sauce it came with.My buddy got the vermicelli bowl. He was very impressed with it.The spring rolls were quite tasty. The peanut sauce was not sweet as most are but a tad spicy. The spring rolls were a hit . They were different but pretty good. The service was ok but they never asked what we wanted to drink. They brought us water and took off. Over all the experience wasn't really bad. Not sure if I would recommend it but I'd like to try it again with a different dish

Refreshing change from the typical pho restaurant. Sunflower offers a wide variety of tasty entrees in a very open, bright atmosphere.

Great food and wonderful service

Great service, taste was worth the price.
