Coffee is good and convenient location but the customer service is consistently the worst customer service I’ve received anywhere. Rude nearly every single time. I’ve been to this location upwards of 40 times and probably less than 5 times has the customer service not had me walking out disappointed in the experience.
My favorite place by far for coffee. I love walking to this specific location because I live in the neighborhood. Its a beautiful 15 to 20 minute walk if you live within the area. Its nice to get a coffee and stroll on a Beautiful day. I'd recommend placing your order ahead because they are always buzy it seems. I've noticed the orders are usually ready in 10 minutes. Both times they came out at the time they were suppose to. They seem quick and efficient at this location.
This place is BUSY! This was my first time here and I liked it. Cute little place, I got a winter iced moon latte and not a fan, I think I should of gotten the half moon latte since I don't care for super sweet coffee. I took off a star cause of the wait and the drink itself but it's well deserving of 5.They need a bigger place though, not sure how long they're going to be able to be there with the crowd they have. Lol guess it's a good thing.
It was a busy morning and I understand that, but my coffee took over 30 minutes. What really got me is when I asked about it, their team was rude. It doesn’t hurt to throw an “I’m sorry for the wait” or “thank you for your patience”. The coffee is great, service not so much.
Great coffee, half moon is pretty sweet.There was only one barista served all the customers on the Saturday afternoon. She was overwhelmed and didn’t ask my name. Can’t blame her.
Summer Moon was unknown to me but turned out to be a lucky random stop. The environment and coffee were on par with coffee shops of this variety. The staff was so nice and helpful that they made the time there a pleasure.
Came here couple of time already and liking their menu so far. Plenty of parking, so no worries their. They have a lot of seating, inside and out. But it's a popular place so plan ahead. However, I think I always see a table or two open when we are their. There isn't a long line to order and drinks come out pretty quickly. You can order online or on their app as well but we haven't tried.Will come back for sure.
Very good hot chocolate that came out at the perfect temperature to drink right away. My friend got a coffee and just raved about it. Fun atmosphere with beautiful light fixtures. Free water out.

Cute place but coffee is good sometimes! The past 2 times I’ve ordered online it took about and hour when they said it would be ready in 15 minutes.eventually had to ask staff to make it again because they still hadn’t made it 20 minutes after trying to pick up my order. Coffee is pretty inconsistent it’s really good or just taste like milk ,I guess depending on who makes it:/
