I've had good & a bad experience here. When I come to the restaurant and dine in it's usually a good experience. However, one of the times that I ordered online (2 footlongs) they mixed my toppings with my husbands, the bread was not the one I ordered. It was a disaster! I picked up my order (it was a drive) I had to return everything & return to the store. I felt like they could've given me a refund because gas is super expensive & it is not my fault that the sandwhich builder or employee wasn't paying attention. ? So she refused to give me a refund & I no longer order online because of this!
I just had the most amazing experience by stoping to grab some much needed it dinner! My sandwich was perfectly executed person was very polite and respectful right away , as soon as I walk into the door can you make eye contact acknowledge me he was very attent and he'll look for he was so kind,!! That's awesome to have those good old experience stopping by subway and just have that friendly customer service I think that's what's all about this guy's Rock he needs a race!!!
I have had more subway than I can count in my long life. This is the only time we have received sandwiches with hardly any meat. Light and skinny. I had a lettuce and bread 6 inch and my kids got a tomato, lettuce and bread sandwich. They left off the cheese into the bargain. Pretty sad when you need to put your own lunch meat in to make it a real sandwich.
Bad spot don’t recommend at all the worker was on her phone while making the food didn’t change out the gloves and one glove was torn so her finger was touching the phone ?I understand she was the only worker but common now it’s common sense to change your gloves and sanitize your hands. I don’t recommend this location
Ignore the reviews that whine about understaffing. Staffing issues are universal for the food industry right now and complaining about something that is an industry issue is tone deaf. The people here are great. There was an older woman who served me today and it was my first time going to a Subway. She helped me choose items on the menu and recommended me things that are popular and things that could save me money. The industry has good people in it and this store exemplifies this.
Okay, Subway is one of my favorite sandwich places. But this location makes sure that I hate Subway a little more with every order.I am not a person who gives bad reviews on Google (you can check!). But this place has tested my patience. I stop myself from giving a bad review after I order, giving the employees a benefit of doubt - they might be having a bad day.I used to order online and my order would come wrong - every single time. They mess up with the breads, veggies, add-ons - essentially, everything. This is the nearest subway, so I get this option only.I decided to go for a pick up to see what goes on here. I was surprised to see it being understaffed and a huge queue (obviously).I am highly disappointed in them. This is a feedback to the management rather than to the servers. You need to hire more and train the existing ones!!!
Best location in the area :)) I’ve been craving subway all week and I came in here today the lady working was so nice made me laugh , the sandwich was amazingg! I’m most definitely satisfied with my visit!
Literally the worst subway. Like hands down. Like who owns this place?? You need all new employees. Quick.
This Subway provided me with an excellent dining experience! My sub was absolutely amazing thanks to the manager! She was very nice, and the property was spotless!
Just ordered my sandwich and it came back wrong. I always order the Italian BMT with a few changes. Been doing this for years. I asked for flatbread, they gave me Italian. I asked for Red Wine Vinegar, I received none. I asked for it to be toasted and it's cold. I'm eating a dry and cold sandwich. I'm very upset!!!!!!!! This barely has taste. And I checked my receipt to make sure, I wasn't the one that got it wrong. And you guys deliberately didn't pay attention to what I asked for.
