We met the Sterling staff at an open house event at Villa Antonia. The food we sampled was delicious and we loved the service packages they offered. From day 1 Emily was such a pleasure to work with and made everything so seamless. The coordination and planning was great and our guests still haven’t stopped raving about the food. It was so nice having linens and set up/break down included. I didn’t have to worry about a thing!
The event was nice, and maybe it was because the event was spread throughout the facility, but each room was vastly different. And not in a different vibe way, but just randomly different. Like odd lighting fixtures. The event was nice though. I would come again. Just...odd.
We used Sterling Events to cater our wedding and for day-of-coordination and we couldn’t be happier! We served the tacos at our wedding and they were truly some of the best we have had! Our guests told us the food was the tastiest wedding food they have had and that the service at the bar was super quick and efficient. Sterling Events was super responsive and very easy to work with. Lauren and Emily did fantastic at making sure the event ran smoothly. We HIGHLY recommend Sterling Events for any event you are throwing!!

We used Sterling Events bar service for our wedding and they were absolutely amazing from start to finish. Lauren was so responsive and answered every single question I had, regardless of how many I asked. She went back and forth with me through the quoting process to make sure I had pricing for exactly what I needed and she never once made me feel like I was wasting her time or asking too much. She was probably one of the easiest vendor contacts to work with, to be honest. She was so professional but kind and it just made getting the bar service booked so easy. The staff that showed up the day of to serve the bar were AMAZING! They were all so kind, fun and lively for the guest. They were all so professional and courteous and the whole night they handled our guest count of 200 so well. They made everything an absolute breeze and I didn't have to worry about a thing (except we provided our own alcohol - but that was easy). I would not hesitate to recommend Sterling Events for any type of event you're having. You will not be disappointed with the staff, the service or the hospitality. They are amazing and I will recommend anyone I know to use them for event staffing, bar or food service. They were perfection!

Emily was our catering manager and helped us put together the perfect menu for our wedding and executed everything on site day of. Our guests could not stop talking about how good the food was. They went above and beyond putting the menu together for us and allowed us to tweak dishes to our liking. We also liked that we were able to meet with the chef that would be preparing our food for our special day. It was a great experience working with them from start to finish and highly recommend them for any future events.

Sterling Events, and our coordinator Emily, were absolutely phenomenal!! I honestly give them all the credit for our wedding being so amazing. The food was absolutely delicious and we continue to get compliments a month later. They were very accommodating with my specific custom cocktail recipes (down to the brand of ingredients!) and overall the cost of providing open bar to our guests was incredibly affordable!!Emily, our day of coordinator, gets her own section because wow, she was the best. We got married in Austin but live in Seattle and could not have planned the wedding, from afar, without her. She was in touch with us from day one, helped us arrange a tasting when we were in Austin for a quick planning trip, and she put us at ease during the wedding weekend. All we had to do was enjoy the day. Emily is so wonderful, and my husband and I could not be more grateful for her help!
Wonderful wedding experience working with Lauren Krueger at Sterling Events Hospitality! As a wedding photographer, it takes a great crew to get all the shots I need in a day. From the decor, coordination, to the catering, everything was taken care of, on time, and absolutely beautiful. I can not rave enough about this business!
