This store has zero consistency. I was told how to order my morning coffee by a Starbucks employee a while back and have always ordered it this way. I come to this location almost every morning and order this same exact drink. Some days my cup is full like the picture to the right. Other days, it’s a quarter to half empty like the one to the left. Each time I bring this up when my cup isn’t full, I get an extremely condescending answer about how I need to pay extra. What do I have to pay extra for? When you order on the app it charges you for the extra heavy whipping cream and if you get any additional shots. So, I legit do not get it. If the point is to overcharge your customers, then don’t allow anyone to order online.I sometimes want to avoid this issue at all cost so I will drive to a farther location(Northland and Balcones) to have it made correctly. They have never given me a problem with this and always fill the cup.The night crew at this location is always so kind, helpful, and accommodating. They can surely teach the morning crew a thing or two.
At some point the managers need to establish a unified practice regarding reusable cups, it's pretty varied currently. Some baristas make you put the cup in a mug to refill, others will just handle them no problem, and for some reason some refuse to handle them in any way and insist on a new cup. I know it's just a cup, but I've seen all three practices in my last three visits.
I had the weirdest experience here. It looked like the store was falling apart..Water dripping from the ceiling with a bucket for the water. I asked for a salted caramel latte, which is pretty common for Starbucks, no matter what season… and they acted like they didn’t know how to make it- when I had one from the other Starbucks about 3 weeks ago! Then she made me move and told me I couldn’t sit where I was, cause of the water, which was pretty far away from me. Then she said I couldn’t sit anywhere nearby from where I was., which was no where near the water! Then a polite stranger saved the day…. And offered his table for me! Thank you sir. They just didn’t have the friendly attitude I’m used to at a Starbucks. I didn’t feel welcomed. Not the best location. Plus I really didn’t like the layout. Not my favorite. The guy taking my order was nice, but seemed very new.

Baristas are so kind here. Their kindness and energy definitely rubs off on customers.
Avoid this Starbucks unless you want to be condescended to and overcharged. I always get a decaf dopio in a venti cup with extra hot water because they don’t have decaf drip and it’s ridiculous to pay an extra dollar for hot water which they give out free anyway.I asked her to fill my cups and she said, “yeah we don’t do that. That’s an americano which is a different drink and costs extra.” I said, well a barista taught me this order and you don’t charge for hot water in a separate cup so why is it different? She then looks at the lane and says again “that’s a different drink”. Again, it’s hot water which is free.She then looks at another person and says “ should we do it just this one time?” Like she’s doing me a huge favor. The other girl goes,” yeah, but just this once” like i was asking for free food. (I spent $30 on this one order so obviously I’m not begging).I grabbed my stuff and said, it’s hot water. You give it away free. I’m just taking my things and never coming back. Again, a barista taught me this and I’ve never had a Starbucks employee complain about hot water. (Especially in a store with no decaf.)
They are the best Starbucks around. The morning manager is so sweet and she recognizes me every time I come in. All of the staff is very nice and are very welcoming.
Odd, but we don't often visit Starbucks. This is now a destination stop for one of our local group bike rides. We had forgotten our masks so we downloaded the App and completed an order. Pretty simple process.The plant-based order was finished within a few minutes and the app let us know that all we needed to do was pick it up at the drink pick up area, easy enough.The store was clean and the staff was pleasant, but we did not have to interact with too many people.They have plenty of outdoor seating at this location. We will likely continue using this place as a designated meeting or stop location along our rides.
It's a typical Starbucks, maybe one of the larger ones but nothing special as a random guest. But I saw that they know there serial drinkers and it was nice to see that they take care of the ones that come on a regular basis.So you will get your coffee there as in every other Starbucks and if you go more often you will be able to make some friends as well.
Every drink is not available however there’s always a delicious ones especially for Christmas time.
