I loved how well routined this establishment is, I accidentally arrived to the wrong location for my order and the associate did not hesitate to get my order out and this was during a morning rush. They got my order done in less than 5mins. Great customer service, quick and efficient with great communication and teamwork. By the way this was my first time at this location. Best experience for my first time.
The drink was great but I was appalled but the individual, appeared to be manager, who was working Thursday night. I am guessing manager because of the way she was bossing everyone around. She was loudly expressing how she was displeased with the people. She was using profanity complaining. I haven't heard the f word so much in such a short span of time. The cussing was appalling. You name the word I heard it out of her mouth.
I hate to give one star, but last time I was in there they were letting a homeless man sleep in the Cafe. This is against corporate policy and the management there must of just been too chicken to uphold that policy and maintain an environment for patrons as the facilities were intended for.
Allison was very sweet and friendly. Most baristas I have encountered aren’t as outgoing but she was very personable! Also, my drinks were on point today lol so shout out to whoever made my drink !!
This location should be shut down. You can't park because of the drive through. I spent 15 minutes in the drive thru after going in and getting food because there is no other way to get out of the parking lot! How is this not a fire code violation?
I am disappointed again by the new service policy. Having to wait behind all the other bar drinks for a drip coffee is just not acceptable to me. I finished my coffee and got up and then went to another coffee shop. There wasn't a line at the register either.
This is and always will be my go to Starbucks. They are nice, always have a pup cup for my dog and my order is always ready by the time I get to the front. The only problem here is the customers who start crying when they have to wait in a drive through line longer then 60 seconds at the busiest morning rush. No problem here at all besides the really rude customers.
This Starbucks is in the most congested and dysfunctional area and for years nothing has been done about it!!! The long line of cars going into Starbucks block regular traffic from getting through the driveway to get to other businesses. This is so dangerous and it's been this way for years and getting worse. I have been stuck out in the middle of the intersection trying to turn into this center to go to HEB. My light was green and I proceeded to turn into this center but because starbucks traffic was blocking the drive way, I was sitting in the middle of the intersection after the light turned red. Get rid of Bank of America because no one is ever there and move starbucks away from the street. Does someone have to get killed for you all to do something with this mess?!
Really bad costumer service by this worker and kinda rude, on top of that the drink she prepared wasn't good at all, and the attitude of we are more bugging her than a paying costumer, plus she was the only one with no name tag. Won't be ordering no more if she take our order
