I walk in with my kid to grab a quick coffee. They are training new people and the line was long as usual. I get to the counter and pull out the five Dollars I had and the corner of it ripped. The lady says she couldn’t take it now. The total was 660 I had two fives but couldn’t finish the transaction because they wouldn’t take it. All was needed was a Small piece of tape. Be helpful not hurtful.

Not sure what the deal was here. Ordered a shaken espresso, was given a cup full of foam because he shook it with the milk in it. Asked him to remake it and shake it without the milk and he remade it but gave me a cup full of milk. I feel like he assumed I was just trying to get a latte but I wasn’t. Just needed the drink right as you can tell this isn’t a shaken espresso, nor was a cup of foam.

The drinks we ordered were made in a timely manner and were so delicious. The service is amazing and the barista John was amazing too. Would definitely recommend getting a your matcha latte from here.

I've been coming to this location for years and keep coming back. There's nice comfy seats to sit in while I read and sip tea. There's a gigantic parking lot in the shopping center so I don't worry about finding a spot. When I pick up for Uber Eats here I never have to wait. Staff is friendly. It's also a great place to come and hang out while waiting for something at Best Buy or a restaurant, or before or after shopping.

Pretty much empty and it took way too long. I seen my drink sitting for a few minutes. Finally got it and it was wrong but turned out ok. All I'm going to say is if you get 15 bucks to work like that, I should be making no less than 75 an hour.

My drinks never taste the same way twice. I rotate between ordering the same handful of lattes. The only customization I make is “no sprinkles” on the Toasted Mocha. I could order the same exact drink five days in a row (and sometimes do) and it would be different every day. This has been going on for months now. You would think that a chain restaurant that has specific drink instructions would be able to handle replicating a latte. The only explanation I can think of is that the employee turnover rate is so high that everyone is new to making the drinks. I hate nothing more than getting back to my desk with my drink, taking a sip, and realizing that they didn’t put enough pumps of sweetener in it AGAIN. I’ve even taken to asking for an extra pump sometimes to try and head off that problem and they can’t even make that order consistently. 1/3 drinks will be made properly, if that. I never have this problem at other Starbucks locations or when I repeat order coffees from other chains. This location needs to get it together. I’m so sick of spending $6 for a coffee and it being made wrong.

Ordered a classic Java Chip frap with oat milk no whip. Not because I'm vegan but because I'm highly allergic to dairy, but I shouldn't have to tell them my medical history to order a drink. I work in film meaning I already have no time. Crew was excellent but the guy on the blender lacks basic reading skills. First I got a coffee frap no Java chips. Asked for a remake. The remake was a pistachio frap with Java chips and whole milk. So now that I've puked my guts out from one sip and have a rock in my guts I'll have to work my 17 hour shift like this unable to hold anything down for the rest of the day. Again excellent crew but they need to get blender guy hooked on phonics he has the drive but lacks reading skills...so hears a picture of what you need buddy

The bathroom was disgustingly filthy, very much a lack of sanitation - feces on the toilet seat. The coffee counter had hadn’t been cleaned in awhile. There was caramel on it, on top of that the waiter touched the part of the lid where the lip goes. Not a good experience. The coffee didn’t taste good either(not enough syrup).

The customer service from cashier was excellent! A gentleman with a green shirt on the other hand was really rude. I was ordering and he told the cashier to move faster don’t hold the line. I wanted something different so I kept asking questions and I was on a budget. Took more than I thought but I feel the employee with green shift should of been more polite or even asked if she needed help. This happened today 12/18/21 at around 12:20 pm. Thank you for your time!
