This Starbucks is a new location, moved from the one that used to be near HEB.And while the new location enabled them to add a drive thru, I don't know if it was COVID and distancing, or just a rebranding effort by Starbucks, but this one really lacks the warmth and coffee spot appeal that the former had ?It's fine. It's a Starbucks. Same plaza as IHOP and car wash. Plenty of parking and a drive through. It's at a pretty convenient location for me.The barista was good a taking orders. I had my kids order their own drinks with their own money and she was patient in taking their orders.Drinks are pretty standard and just like most, you can do mobile order and pickup.With its location and proximity, we will be back for sure.
I really enjoy going to the Starbucks because they are quick to make my order and they have a good ratio in my pink drink.
I get there's a pandemic, but you should shut off mobile orders if the ONLY option is to pick up through drive through. I wouldn't have ordered at this location. The front door is locked and I can see several mobile orders just sitting on the end of the counter through the window. Now my option is to be late to work or just throw away my money I just spent. Turn off mobile orders or have your door unlocked for pick up only (like it was yesterday when I ordered)!
Ordered through the app for mobile in-store pickup- got there and doors are locked and they're making everyone go through drive through to pick up mobile orders, which was a disaster of a line. Why allow us to order mobile pick up on the app if you're going to make us sit in a 30 minute line? Just close the mobile order app pickup so that we know you're busy or short-staffed- that makes zero sense to let us order online and not be able to pick it up
I was excited when this location opened up but it’s one of the most unreliable I’ve been to. They are missing items half the time, they are extremely slow ( we just left waiting in the drive thru for 20 min for a frap and we were the only ones in the drive thru with hardly anyone inside while they had 4 workers that we watched largely standing around), and they forget to add toppings to drinks often. It’s a convenient and nice looking location I just wish there was some quality control.
Waiting 30 mins for a cup of coffee is a bit extreme....
This Starbucks recently opened in our neighborhood. They offer both indoor and outdoor seating plus a drive through option. This opened during the pandemic so it’s kept the newness. The folks that work here are very friendly and the service is pretty fast. We will continue to go here.
Couldn’t get in. They had a hard to read sign on the door today that they weren’t opening until 7a. Suggestion: Make the sign big enough to read that you don’t have to walk up to the door, and post temporary hours on Google and the Starbucks website.
Best Starbucks in town. Fight me.
