My family of 4 all purchased different drinks. We go to SB weekly back home. The cashier was rude and dry. They were not busy and many employees were on the back laughing and talking. 10 minutes later we get our drinks. Mine didn’t have a syrup in it I ordered and my daughters drink had no vanilla (only sweetener in her drink). She attempted to get someone but they never come to the register. We left. Waste of money!

Busy drive through as it's right along some major commute routes, but also a good place to hang out and work or have a business meeting.Always feels colder than ideal... Almost like they're trying to keep people from hanging out too long ;)Never very crowded inside, in my experience.

I love the coffee, and I use the app. I get stars for my purchases which I change for merchandise. It is awesome

Loved everyone here, they were nice and all around sweet people, the cup of coffee was nice as well.

I had ordered the wrong drink on the app and didn't realize it. Ricki was patient and helped me figure out what I had done wrong and then fix my order for me. Thank you for your kindness in my moment of frustration.

The baristas are pretty friendly for the most part. I just have a serious issue with the mobile ordering at this store. 90 percent of the time- milk substitutes like Oatmilk is turned off in the system but if you ask for the substitute when you are there- they say they have it. The rest of the time they are sold out of most everything you want including hazelnut and toffee nut syrup. I know that Starbucks has been having trouble keeping toffee nut and hazelnut (core syrups) in stock, but the situation with turning off milk substitutes but having them in store is bad business and bull malarkey.Been going to the Starbucks closer to work instead - they make it easy to place a mobile order on the way to work.

Staff is great. Same great drinks you can get at most locations.

Good drinks but guy at drive through needs to stop having full length conversations with every driver. I understand each store is charged with making a personal connection with customers, but come on man you're creating the line by talking about what gym you go to for 3 minutes after you've given my drink.

Hey Starbucks. Fyi. You ever get a guy that comes through and says he spoke with someone about his drink they messed up. Yet can't remember who he spoke with. Here's shaking for a free drink. He does this everywhere. He rides with a dog at times. Better yet here he is. Be careful he's dangerous when he doesn't get it his way. Tell him that's burger King next door and point him in his way.

Good starbucks. Beautiful clean Cafe. They have a great display of holiday cups and coffee beans!
