The only reason why I'm leaving 2 stars instead of 1 is because there's usually a really nice person working the drive-thru.I placed a pickup order through the mobile app. I went into the (nearly empty) store to pick it up and stood at the pickup counter. I could see one of my drinks sitting there, but the other wasn't ready even though it was ready for pickup about 10 minutes prior.There were 4 employees working. None of them greeted me, acknowledged me, or even looked me in the eye. The two ladies were making drinks for another inside customer, but there were two guys literally just standing around goofing off. One was playing on his cell phone and the other was standing around twiddling his thumbs. I could see the drive thru line from inside - there was no one in line. I stood there for a few minutes and finally said I was here to pick up my order and that I saw one of my drinks, but the other one wasn't there. That's when one of the ladies chimed in to say "oh, we don't make nitro drinks until you come to pick up your order."Okay?! Well, I'm here! If anyone had even taken a second to acknowledge that, you would've known to make it!I have worked in customer service my entire life It is SO SIMPLE to just look someone in the eye and acknowledge them instead of texting, goofing off, and completely ignoring someone for several minutes when it isn't even remotely busy.Even though I work in the same shopping center and go here all the time, I probably won't be back. I should've waited in line at Epoch Coffee instead.
This was my first time visiting this location. I had friendly conversation with an Amaya and another person. I enjoyed a pistachio latte and a cheese sandwich.

WELCOME TO THE LARGEST STARBUCKS IN WORLD.... ok maybe not the world but def Austin.I can't get over at how SPACIOUS this location is! Super ample seating, with a variety of options: cushioned benches, regular tables, loungy recliner-type chairs, even a damn conference room table!They're definitely a super busy location, but they surely are staffed enough to keep up with demand. I can't speak to the drive thru, but I'm sure it's just as great.P.S. The walk-in entrance is funky, you have to cross the drive thru line to get to it. #Random
I wouldn't guve this place 1 star. I paid $31 for a hot chocolate and mug for them to make my drink incorrectly. I asked for no whip. When I told them that it was not correct and the person who took my order confirmed she made a mistake they didnt even TRY AND FIX IT! INSTEAD 9 PEOPLE BEHIND 1 COUNTER ARE TO BUSY TO GET THINGS RIGHT. NO APOLOGY, NO ANYTHING! PATHETIC! My coworker told me never to go there, I should have listened.
I usually order mango dragon fruit here, and i love it, but it has 1 time , i order but the staff just bring to me this one, look like lemonade no more no less. When i ask they just say that they have no more dragon fruit. So why do they just tell me when i order and ask am i okay with it? I’m not picky but i need to know about it, cause this drink doesn’t taste like mango dragon fruit. So upset. I still get it, but maybe the staff need to train again.Update: they still don’t have mango dragon fruit , but the another staff treat me so well today . So the tip if you want the same drink is ask them first, if the staff is nice, they will try to find the another thing that you may like.
I didn't like this Starbucks. The only thing positive about it is that the staff was nice and friendly.But why do they serve the hottest coffee that they can possibly make to where it is absolutely unconsumable? And filled all the way to the very top so that it spills dangerously hot product at the slightest touch when removing the lid - it went everywhere on the car on the upholstery on skin on the clothing it's just inexcusable. Leave a little room at the top guys in case we want to add some cold water or ice ;damnnn
Sean took my order at the drive-thru and was very personable and kind. And the young man who gave me my coffee was also very patient and help me put money on my card before I use my card so I would get credit for it.
Not fair...sour dough and cheese sandwich? Its good but please get a good gluten free bread option. All and all best Starbucks in town! Consistent.
My first visit to this store, pleasant morning with clean and neat ambience. The staff are very polite and well coordinated. Long line at drive thru but the staff do politely seek for understanding that someone will come over to serve me soon while hands are busy with the coffee making for the drive thru. The vibes is positive and very welcoming. Rai, the server is very attentive, caring and observant to check if guest is doing alright. Very impressed by their act of services. Something worth to applause, especially in the time of manpower shortages, and they trying their best to deliver their best services.
