Local is wonderful. Landscape is beautiful
I am very disappointed in the customer service at this location. On several occasions when I walk in the workers completely ignore me. They only wait on orders in their drive-thru. Today I and two other customers waited over 10 min to be waited on. The workers would look at us but ignore us and only help the drive-thru. I finally walked over to a manager and asked him to please help us. In a very irritating tone he said “Thanks for your patience” and walked away. Me and the other guests finally just left. I went down the road to another Starbucks and was immediately greeted and waited on.
I’m so fortunate that my local (2.4mi) is the best within 6 miles. They never screw up my drink order; they are _Always_ courteous and friendly. I really do feel like they are happy to see me.
This location is very friendly, as most are, minus the "snootiness" some other locations may have lingering around of you know what I mean! Areas are clean, restrooms are clean as well, and service is quite prompt! Never asked to leave on a count of over staying it seems either which is nice, and may be due to the many community college students that frequent the area?
Music is far too loud but the staff is super friendly. All staff were masked but I was the only customer wearing one. Nice clean store and excellent, friendly service.
This is literally the ONLY Starbucks that knows how to make London fog tea latte. Please educate the rest of the stores. And thank you for always being cool!

This is my favorite location to go to. I drive back and forth from Killeen to Austin for work and if I can't make it to my favorite in Killeen I will literally wait til I can make it to this one. ????
