Anka was very rude after I asked her what was inside the Pride cupcake. She replied, “the picture is up there”Then I asked I can see that but what’s inside.. cream?She replied sarcastically sprinkles. Like I was bothering her while they were packing orders. Good thing I was about to self pay and didn’t tip as these girls have no customer service skills at all. This is not the first time. Plus what’s up with not handing out napkins or having a dispenser. I always have to ask for one as they have them hidden behind the counter in a drawer.I am a frequent customer but I think this was the last time here. Nordstrom has a few pastries that are also homemade or just go next door to Starbucks.I don’t understand why people are so rude especially when it’s self order.
Gluten free red velvet cupcakes are HEAVENLY for a great price. As a first timer I’m so happy with my purchase!
This is based off of the 2 cupcakes I tried (Red Velvet and Strawberry)Pro: They have a variety of options and also offer some that accommodate different dietary restrictions.Con: They charge extra for said optionsPro: The cupcakes were moist and had just the right amount of frosting.Con: The flavoring was very bland and the strawberry cupcake was hardly strawberry. It was a vanilla cupcake with a hint of strawberry flavoring in the oily frostingPro: They have different ways to order such as the kiosks inside and the ATM outside.Con: There was definitely a lack of customer serviceCon: over priced and overhypedOverall the experience and quality was okay. I would have much rather supported a local establishment and spent $10 on 2 cupcakes elsewhere. However, this is located in the Domain so I didn’t expect anything special. You’re paying for the name and the “aesthetic”, which was lacking.
I’ve had a variety of their flavors and my fiancée always gets their vegan cupcake. As far the vegan, she says it’s the only cupcake she’s had that tastes good, so that’s a win.I’ve had the birthday, strawberry, chocolate, caramel and vanilla flavors. Every time I used the ATM. The cupcakes have been fresh every time. Cake is moist and frosting creamy. The decor is minimalistic so don’t expect fireworks on your cupcake.I did go inside once but the store is so tiny I feel cramped if there’s one other person in there. The ATM also gets filled fresh everyday, or so they say, and so far I’ve had no issues.Cupcakes taste very good. Not like store bought ones full of preservatives.I give 4 stars because I think they are priced about .75 cents to a $1 too high. I would go more often if they were $4.50-4.75. The tiny store also contributes to my 4 stars. All in all, check it out. The cupcakes are in fact very yummy.
One of the few places where me and my kiddos can have a treat without feeling too bad. Gluten free and vegan options too. Their cupcakes are really good!
Nothing special about the cupcakes. Got 2 for $10. The lemon blueberry just tasted like sugar with a hint of lemon and a single blueberry in the cake. The chocolate covered marshmallow tasted like a hostess cupcake. Would not go back tbh.
The cupcakes I received were dry and from the browning under the frosting had been overcooked. I bought 4 cupcakes and tossed 3. I’m assuming the stars are coming from the fun of the vending machines and not the quality. If able I’d buy one check quality and then purchase more. From other reviews it seems the quality is hit or miss. There cost doesn’t match quality and I wasn’t pleased to have to toss food and waste money.
The cupcakes were delicious, I did not get to try the cupcake atm but I would definitely come back.I had the s’mores and my friend had the strawberry cupcake, she loved her too.
I do not recommend. The cupcakes weren't completely topped/decorated the way indicated the way they're advertised. When I received my order, the cupcakes were all leaning and looked manhandled. Not a very good experience, especially considering the price.
