From out of town and my daughter picked this place. The smoothies where delicious and the staff was very friendly and patient with us. Lol. We had no idea what we wanted but the woman behind the counter was awesome and you totally recommend this place and the grilled cheese!

Not only we’re the smoothies out of this world, but the grilled cheese was fresh, hot and tasty too! The wonderful person who helped us got trapped in a conversation with a guy for the entirety of when we were there where he just mansplained psychology to her even though she said she studied psychology. But she was super kind to him and us and it was such a good atmosphere. You should stop by for sure!

IN LOVE! I absolutely love Soup Peddler specifically their consistency with their products. The huge amount of amazing vegan and vegetarian options that tastes amazing and that they allow you to be healthy AND love food! Thank you!

This was the first time we've tried this place. My husband & I went to grab lunch on our break. We went inside to look at the menu & order. The man working behind the counter was flippant and seemed annoyed we weren't familiar w/ their options already. I asked for a drink (meaning a fountain drink, I had no idea this place didn't have that available. Again, it was our 1st time) he snapped "that's not how it works"...Ok, sir? Please tell us how it DOES work then? I was surprised considering most places in Austin have friendly service, but I have to say for $20 for a cup of soup, a salad, & grilled cheese? We'll go somewhere else next time where our money & time feels more appreciated. I'm giving this place 2 stars because the food we ordered WAS good, but the uppity & rude service left a bad taste in our mouths & we won't be going back.

I love the Soup Peddler's green detox soup! I buy it when I am not feeling well. Is surprisingly delicious. I thought it would taste like kale but it doesn't.

We love the food and wish it were possible to get it. Historically curt, now staff can’t answer the phone and the app won’t work. We remember now why we stopped getting the wonderful smoothies and soups.

I love this place it just makes me happy to eat here ? My favorite is tomato basil soup with a pepperoni grilled cheese (but you must try the green apple + muenster grilled cheese), and you literally can't go wrong with whichever smoothie/juice you want to accompany your mea (honestly their juice is better for you than Juiceland). Plus, staff is always super nice when I pick up my order!

Normally, soup peddler is great, but this time the service was bad. My cell phone reception was poor so I tried to call the store. Even though the voice prompt said I could reach someone at the store, no one picked up the line after several attempts. When my internet started working, I ordered through the website and was told I would need to wait another 15 minutes even though there were no customers in the store. When the food app said it was time to pickup my food, i had to wait for them to ladle the soup! Let me stress, we're going through an omicron surge. I wanted to avoid waiting! Instead, I was met with icicles when I complained about the phone (*it's disconnected*; they said) and questions about why the food isn't ready to go with two workers in an empty store. I will not be back here until the surge is over!

Always fresh and good. Quick sandwiches, great homemade soups and really great smoothies. I make my own daily, but if I'm in town, I happy for them to make it for me.

I LOVE the soup peddler. I was just very disappointed in this locations customer service. I usually don’t care, but groaning and throwing my baguette on the counter is a bit unnecessary when I paid for it ?The soup is great. Terrible customer service.
