My very 1st visit was a to go order of Sweet & Sour Shrimp for lunch and I must say.....this was so good! The portion was what I needed and not too much, shrimp were very large, vegetables were onion, bell pepper & carrots nice and fresh. The hostess put the crunchy won ton noodles in my order for my egg drop soup and I didn't have to request them. I pray my next visit lunch or dinner will be the same or better. Continued prayers and blessings to the staff and owner or owners of this establishment.
If you are looking for upscale Chinese food this is the place. They also have sushi and an extensive bar. Clean restrooms. Mike was our waiter and very helpful.We always have good service and never have to wait.
My experience at this restaurant wasn’t good. For one it took our server over 10 minutes to come take our drink order then another 20-30 to take our food order. One thing I did notice: we were the only table where all customers were black. All other tables had all white patrons or Hispanic. They received their food before us and in a timely manner. Received refills quickly as well. Can’t say the same for us. I literally had to get out of my seat and go to the hostess stand to get our check. Never returning to this place again and I’m definitely not tolerating racist acts when I’m the one who’s deciding to spend my hard earned money at your establishment.
Do not judge Snow Pea based on their location (strip mall next to Lakeline Mall area). It’s MORE than worth driving to. Hands down THE freshest, highest quality, tastiest sushi ? ? in ALL of North Austin! And best of all NOT expensive like sushi places at the Domain or downtown. Also their Chinese food is the best in North Austin. Their service is BY FAR the best in ALL of Austin of any restaurant I’ve ever eaten at. -including very fancy restaurants. If you haven’t tried Snow Pea, you have no idea what you’re missing. Great for both kids (family friendly) and date nights (full service bar).Basically, I can not write enough amazing things about Snow Pea. Go there asap and experience for yourself.
Went looking for a Chinese food and sushi combo place- very happy that we found this restaurant. The garlic shrimp, honey chicken, chicken and broccoli, and honey honey roll were all delicious. Zero complains. Cute place
Love Snow Pea! My favorite is their Salt and Pepper Shrimp. I called in an order tonight to pick up on my way to work. I had on my scrubs, the owner noticed and sent with me enough soup for all the staff at my ER and some egg rolls too. She had such nice words and thanks for my fellow nurses and medical staff. How nice!!! We loved the hot egg drop soup on this cold and wet night. Thank you! From your neighbor ER.
I haven't dined in so i'll share my experience with picking up. I LOVE this place a whole lot. The staff are all very nice and the food is beauitful! If you're looking for the recommendation I always get Beef n Broccoli with fried rice and wonton soup. Delicious!
Our server Mike treated us with so much kindness and respect and made sure that every part of our experience here was awesome! He was very attentive and made sure we were taken care of at every step of our dinner.
We come here often for a nice night out and amazing food - the service is absolutely phenomenal and I am blown away by it every time.Our server today, Mike, made our experience here even more amazing; I highly recommend this place :)
Went for a girls night and had Mike as our waiter! The food was amazing and the service can’t be beat. One of the best spots for sushi and Chinese food in town!
