Service and ambience are ok...could use some music/speakers and AC. Good value and flavors, will be back!
SnoMo provides great shaved ice and a cute and comfortable atmosphere. I've been here more times than I can count on my fingers. The staff is always friendly and the shaved ice is always great. The only real issue is the music; it's too quiet and fuzzy. Other than that though, it's my favorite place to be.
This place has really gone down the tubes. They were closed the previous 2 times I tried to go. I finally caught them open, and they were out of my favorite flavor. They haven’t had red beans in a long time. Not wasting my time and money here anymore.
Had a great medium size strawberry snow cone from here on a Sunday. It was just what’s I needed and I hadn’t had one in years.
Their customer service could use some improvement. An unwillingness to be helpful to customers is not cool. It’s delicious though! I hope they do better because I like their snow ice.
Really delicious shaved ice but the drink was a little off.
Great desert/Boba. Try the Horchata flavor if you like cinnamon.

The actual snow ice was incredible. So fluffy and delicious. However, customer service was terrible. The girl was bubbly and nice but the guy on the register acted like he was upset we were there. Was extremely rude. Never even greeted us or said have a nice day or thanks. Just said the price in a very annoyed way. Normally i don't have bad things to say and undtt5erstand that everyone has a bad day. But even then, he was unnessessarily unwelcoming.
Very good and the people are nice inside
