I didn't even take a bite of my sandwich before I went to get a refund. They were out of one of the main ingredients on the sandwich, which I was not told about- they just substituted it without asking (what if I had a food allergy and was not informed?) I was also not asked what kind of bread I would like at the beginning of the transaction. These sandwiches come with literally nothing on them unless you specifically request.. which is fine if you're aware or if the worker had asked. I've never been here before so I assumed they would at least put tomato and onions or I don't know.. SOMETHING. The sandwiches are thin, not much more than a glorified loaf of bread.What a rip off.
Nice calm music, cool atmosphere, and very friendly staff. I'm removing one star because while my sandwich was made I watched one of the staff use their body weight to flatten out the bread with their hands before cutting it, then after making the sandwich they closed up the bread and flattened the sandwich again before wrapping it up. I don't know about you, but I love a loaf of freshly baked and fluffy bread for my sandwich. What I don't like is having it crushed and smashed to the flatness of a tortilla before I eat it.I also just want to throw in there that the bratwurst sandwich was made with hot dogs.
The sandwiches are tasty but keep in mind that they are relatively slow to make. Check your order before you leave.
Get their meatball sandwich. It’s seriously the best! Also, my husband and I give them a 10/10 for their playlist inside!
The food was great. But why I gave a 3 star was because the music was very offensive. The music being played should not be played in a public setting. I would fire the manager if I owned this place and walked into the store and heard the music I heard.
Came across this place while walking on campus. Good sandwiches that were served quickly. A little over priced.
This place is awesome. It’s conveniently close to campus so the location is great. The food is really good and there’s a really wide selection. I love that it has gluten free bread. The staff are all really friendly, especially kirk. I have not had a bad experience at this place.

The sandwiches our top notch. One of my favorite sandwich shops here in ATX. Not alot of people know about this place. Really only college students and locals. Great, fast service. Good quality food but the only thing I would say it is a little pricey if you get beyond the sandwich. Thank yall.
