The food tasted and smelled good, the only thing I noticed is the portions are a little bit too small, compare to what you see on the advertised pictures, Idk if the angles make it look bigger, I also wish the containers were plastic free, maybe an improvement they can do in the future,The lady who welcomed me was very friendly and she explained everything to me, thank you.
First timer and I definitely will be returning. A variety of meals and food for different dietary needs. Very pleased with their super green juice not having lots of sugar! This was a great option for me coming back from the gym and wanting a quick but nutritious meal. Shannon was the helpful employee who asked if I had any questions, was very friendly and attentive to customers who came in - 10/10!!

Love Snap Kitchen! I go every week to get about 10 meals for my girlfriend and I. The women that work the checkout counter are always welcoming, friendly and super helpful. I really like that they introduced different meals every couple of weeks. Can’t go wrong with Snap Kitchen quick and easy. Oh and everything is gluten free and a lot of dairy free options.
Delivery and customer service—terrible. Not every one lives at a residential address but apparently they won’t deliver to a business address on weekends. My delivery was set for Saturday but didn’t arrive until Tuesday and was inedible. I received a refund in the form of a credit towards my next order which will also be late because they couldn’t change the delivery date but offered no help in resolving the issue, just an “I’m sorry, I can’t change it or cancel it” and no refund offer. I’ve now cancelled my subscription before I even got to try it. So disappointing, was really looking forward to trying.
Their new menu options are really great! It seems they have taken it up a notch.

In Austin for a few days due to work. I was googling some healthier options in the area. I came across Snap Kitchen, when I went in I was greeted and I let them know this was my first time here. They were extremely helpful! Great choices too, a lot of variety. I bought the turkey spaghetti, it was tasty. Great experience overall, great customer service.
