Not sure whats up with the lights outside, but they were all off at 9:30pm so basically the store is invisible from the street. Maybe they were trying to dissuade customers so close to closing time.My theory is supported by the fact that when my hubby ordered the smoothie, they did not make the drink out front and they did not run the blenders... (suspect AF) It was dead silence for a few moments before someone came from the back with his smoothie. My hubby accepted the drink even though he had no idea where it came from or when it was made....it took us 8 minutes to get home and my husband's gut had him running off to the bathroom with the boo-boos.Ridiculousness.To the manager. Pull up on them right before closing...the parking lot is pitch black so they won't see you as watching them as they short change customers.
I love the smoothies and go often but I am tired of being asked if I want to tip. I feel like if I say no that my smoothies won't be made with care. So I tip out of feeling cornered which is making it so I don't go as often. Please please change that.
Ordered and paid online for a 6:30 pick up. Arrived to find the store closed and no one around. Both the app and website show the location opens at 6:00.
Stopped in here today for just a quick snack. Walked in and no one was at the front. Literally empty. Waited a moment and a kid probably around 19 came out. No hello or anything. Just an annoyed look on his face. I paid for my order and he threw up a hand and said “is that it?” With an eye roll. I said yes and he just huffed and walked to the back room. I don’t know what this kids problem was but he shouldn’t be working if he’s got that kind of attitude towards a friendly customer just placing a simple order.
They always have great smoothies there, very good promotions and a rewards program that i have used. I usually go about once a week and sometimes weekends.
This location is terrible. from the employee that smell's like cigarettes to he girl that has anger and identify issues the same girl that has the long chain on the outside of here shirt don't get mad when I ask you to remake my smoothie its your company policy. go work somewhere else. this store is always dirty. I will just use another location no thank you/
The newest one off 183 near the Anderson exit is the worst!!! The customer service is terrible, there's no manager available whenever I ask for one. The Smoothie has never been made correctly, there's chunks of ice in it. Special request get a response of "What?"everytime I've visited.They just lost a custmer!
Getting hooked! Unfortunately I have to drive out of my way to get to a location. Might be a Good thing!
Your going to love getting a smoothie from Smoothie King. They have many selection of your type of fruit to blend into your smoothie to make it taste delicious..
I like Smoothies, they are 5 minutes from my apt. Sooooo....yummy!!! However: they are good for you. Ther are a ton of vitiams& protein, etc that you can inhance your drink for whatever is going on.?
