This location makes the absolute best smoothie… beats Lakeway, Cedar Park, and the other 183 location. The attention-to-detail and precision with their smoothies are rock solid. These employees are an asset. Please give these employees a raise!!
The smoothie is decent , however unfriendly staff members, I will try another location in Austin . I normally tip but not worth tipping at this location

Smoothie was great but when you walk in a say “good morning” In a good mood, you’d expect one of the workers to say good morning back. Then when you’re walking out and say “Thank you, have a great day” you’d expect someone to say something back. Instead, you just get looked at like you’re being annoying.
Went here yesterday to get a smoothie on my break, sierra gave me the rudest customer service experience of my whole life. Ordering was whatever, but there was an incredible amount of confusion when it was time to get my drink. She just placed the drinks down without announcing the name, so we did our best to figure out which was which.Sierra then accused myself and others of stealing a drink, then continued to complain about remaking the drink when she was never asked to in the first place. She kept complaining and as we tried to leave, I told her that everything was okay because the people I was with were friends and she was okay. She continued to not understand what the situation really was and only seemed concerned about having to possibly make another drink, again when no one had ever mentioned that to her.After leaving, she continued to aggravate the customers still in the store to the point where one woman came out and started threatening us. This was the worst experience possible and sierra continued to aggravate the situation, literally the last thing I ever expected to happen while trying to get a smoothie. The cherry on top is that my order was wrong and I threw up 2 times after drinking it.Sierra made my experience at smoothie king absolutely horrible and I will probably just keep going to juiceland, at least they can get my order right and don't incite violence against myself from other customers

Very friendly staff. I was a little overwhelmed with the menu, but they were able to recommend me the right protein shake for me. Truly recommend this place!
