Honestly the poorest customer service. I placed a curbside order they didn’t even pick up the phone I walked in and the girl was just staring at me and couldn’t even greet me as I walked in? Like wow. Disappointed.
I wish I could tell you which one of the servers makes a really good pecan ice cream dessert that's not on the menu. she rocks...

Dirty store. Greasy kid who didnt wash hands or wear gloves made smoothie and looked annoyed that he had to do it.

Twice now i’ve ordered curbside orders, and the instructions say to call the store when you’re parked outside. I’ve called the store on both occasions and I get a busy dial tone, so I walked in to see the employees sitting down and on their phones, the store wasn’t even busy. I asked the male employee there how i’m supposed to receive my curbside order and he said verbatim “i don’t know what to tell you”… it was the absolute WORST service imaginable, their unprofessionalism is astounding.
The guys here are absolutely disgusting and disrespectful. They have the worst attitudes. They rather sit on their phone than do their job. Won’t amount to much in life with that approach to customers.
