I ordered online and the drinks were 20 min behind the stated time. 3 high schoolers, clearly need an adult here to help them do the job. Do NOT recommend.
I go to a lot of smoothie kings all the time and somehow this location manages to make errors in my smoothies the most... I'm not sure how that is, but it's close to a friend's place so I try it at least once a week and there's always something off every time, usually with them still adding bananas after I request them out. It's disappointing because of how convenient this location is...
This place is so gross!As soon as I walked in there was a man sitting on top of the counter on his phone after he notices that I’m in the store he hops off and just walks to the register. He took my order and then started to make my smoothie without even washing his hands first when his hands were on his phone and on the computer! The whole store was so disgusting it smelled! You can tell they haven’t cleaned their floor or anything else in that store all day or maybe for a few days. I would recommend not coming here and going literally anywhere else because it’s so gross in there and they obviously don’t wash their hands.
This location has continuously let me down at first it was in the morning with the middle aged lady who would never answer the phone but every time I pass by on the way to work the store was empty and recently the two young lads that work in the afternoon Have been helplessly behind multiple occasions and have not also been able to answer the phone.I just feel like someone should’ve always been at the register either taking cars for orders or taking orders at the register in general while the other one was making smoothies rather they were both making smoothies no one was at the register to man the phone
Normally happy with this place but the last few times my smoothies have been really thin. Just very inconsistent

First time to this location. My smoothie was okay but it is a keto smoothie so that's probably why it wasn't very sweet. The employees here have such good rapport with each other and we're working very well together. It was nice to see the employees getting along and having a good time at work while still getting the job done. Will return!
I had been enjoying a smoothie 2-3 times a week for the last few months but won't be returning here after my last experience. I hardly ever complain because I worked almost 20 years in the service industry myself but my drink wasn't drinkable. Not sure what happened but it tasted like some kind of chemical was in there. I went back and instead of saying a simple "I'm sorry, how can I fix that for you?" all I got was questioning and them telling me the drink is supposed to taste like that. This was really annoying being told the drink was fine when I was the only one who tasted it, beside the fact that I was the paying customer. AND THE DRINK WAS SO AWFUL!!!After this and the fact that the drink was so terrible that I really didn't want them to make me another, I asked for a refund. Turns out only the manager can process refunds because I paid through the app. And guess what the manager happens to be on vacation this week. Hope they can find some employees that have some actual customer service skills soon! Till then, ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK
Had an awesome Gladiator smoothie here. Chocolate with peanut butter and banana. Props to Johnnie and Rosie for excellent service. It was very clean inside and they are taking the right Covid precautions. Highly recommend.
