I love coming here usually, but I walked in today at 8:53 PM one night and they refused to serve me, rolled their eyes at me, and laughed at me. They then offered to serve a woman who came it at around 8:56 PM. I’ve always come here and have never had any issues, the workers have always been nice. I’ve also been told it was too late to get a smoothie and said I understood and left. But never given that kind of attitude.
Walked out with a boot on my car twice. Would love to go back but paying hundreds of dollars for smoothies isn't worth it.
This smoothie king is my go too. They're always kind and keep a well upkeep and the smoothies are always to die for. If you're ever in Austin. Go to the one off 24th and Guadalupe. They've yet to disappoint me. Thanks guy's!! Keep up the amazing work!!!
With only one person waiting for their order in front of me I waited over half an hour. Why would you only schedule one employee for a busy shift?

Had a long wait for my order. Ordered a 20 oz drink but was charged for a 40 oz...Edit: The store manager was quick to respond to my feedback. She was very friendly and was able to resolve the issue with me. Great customer service and I can tell that Smoothie King cares about their guests!
Smoothie King has so many quality tasting and healthy smoothies/snacks. This location is on top of things despite the large population of students. Staff is always nice and quick. Also, there are wonderful deals and a reward program that can be very helpful to students!
After the door dash guy stole my order, smoothie king was efficient in having it taken care of and having my order refunded.
