Not sure why o haven’t reviewed this place yet, but the pork belly banh mi is maybe the best sandwich I’ve ever had. If you like it spicy, by all means, get the spicy one. Great selection of beer, wine, and cocktails too. Vietnamese coffee and tea, If you’re not into alcohol. Just an all round great place, and I only take the time to rate places I find to be above the others.
Love this place!! I have been wanting to give it a try for awhile, so glad I did. Highly recommend. Quality cocktails, fresh ingredients & fantastic smoked bbq options. My favorite is the house made potato salad & the banh mi brisket sandwich. ???

Priced right good BBQ with a bit of Vietnamese fusion Bahn Mi style added for some down right tasty flare served up by friendly people. It is a small place with no frills decor, live music, indoor and outdoor seating, full bar with good selection of beers and ample easy in easy out parking. Swing by and try it out, you will be happy you did IMO. Try a 2 or 3 meat plate with some pork belly, brisket, sausage, potato salad along with some slaw.
We made our first visit yesterday. Highly recommended! Food, cocktails and especially the friendly staff made it a future “go to” place. A real cool vibe. Looking forward to return visits when their music series kicks in. North Austin is in dire need of places like Smokin Beauty to offer live music with a fun, laid back setting.
