Clean, very nice atmosphere, however food is only okay. Not bad, but not great. The menu is more catered to "western" tastes. If you're more adventurous and want a more authentic take, go to any number of other Pho dives around the area.

Very clean and updated space. Wait staff was very attentive and accommodating. Our family was headed to a movie and we stopped in for a quick bute. Our waiter got everything to us and paid out with time to spare. When we would go to the old one by specs something always went wrong. This time was perfect and the pho was too. Can't wait to go back.

Today for lunch we ordered Orange Chicken, roasted chicken vermicelli and general Tso's chicken. In all 3 dishes the chicken was flavorless, old, dry, and difficult to chew. My 8 year old grandson could not even cut the chicken into smaller pieces. However, the fried rice was good. We will not be back again.

I’ve been here a few times, the food is usually good, but my last visit was not a good experience. The Galleria location has changed, it’s now located on the Hill Country Galleria side of Hwy. 71, near Barnes & Noble. To start, we stood at the entrance for almost 5 minutes before we were even acknowledged by the staff. It was a Saturday at lunch, so there was a decent crowd, but we weren’t even acknowledged. Some elderly folks came in behind us, one with a walker, and they weren’t acknowledged either! I finally asked the bartender if we sat ourselves or continue waiting, he said someone would, “Be along soon.” We sat at the window with a beautiful view, but the service was painfully slow, and my order was wrong. I ended up only eating egg rolls because I was tired of waiting. I won’t be back.

I ordered the Singapore tofu noodles. I felt the egg mixed in the food wasnt cooked well. There was a strong smell and I was getting nausea. The tofu was really hard and not made nicely. The orange tofu wasnt great either. The food can really do better.

WATCH YOUR CREDIT CARD CHARGE! I've been coming to Simply Pho House for years now both in Bee Cave and Marble Falls. The food and service always consistently great. In Dec 2021, shortly before Christmas, my husband and I visited the new Bee Cave location for a quick dinner. Service was fine, as always, and I tipped our waitress 21.5% - more than sufficient. I wrote down the amount tipped and the extended total and provided that to my office - Bill was $60.35, I left a tip of $13.00, extended total was $73.35. When the debit amount cleared the bank, exactly $10 had been added to what was already a sufficient tip making the tip amount $23.00, on a $60.35 bill, this brought the tip amount to 38%. Feeling certain it was an oversight, I visited with the manager, Nick Neumann, who provided me with his name and phone number. He was going to check into it and get back with me - I've never heard another word, not an apology, not a refund of the overcharged amount, not a discount on another visit - nothing. It's the only bad experience that I have had at either Simply Pho House locations I've visited, but this one has definitely put a bad taste in my mouth at the lack of response to this and unfortunately, I felt it required this review so that others know to be extra vigilant in checking their credit card amounts after visiting the Bee Cave location.

We felt like we were rushed in and out way too quicklyIn and out in 30 minutes.Waitress was not attentive. Brought our meal within 5 minutes of placing our order. Forgot our appetizer. Then we had to wave down a different waiter to get the appetizer cancelled because we were almost finished our meal. Then she came by and said the appetizer was not ready. Well then wait and don’t give us our meal until after we have received our appetizer and finished it.Curry was bland. So was my husbands meal.I was so impressed the last time I ate here was looking forward to a good experience.Very disappointed. Will not be back any time soon.

Ordered the combo and ribeye pho to go. They were packed well and tasted good. The leeche bobba tea was real nice. Tried the rice plate last time and that tasted good too. They were pretty busy Saturday afternoon. Decent option for vietnamese.

Horrible experience when we tried the first time. Nothing we ordered was right. Bland food, all veggies we added were apparently removed and we almost got plain rice/vermicelli. Why would I spend $50 for plain rice with tofu. I'm never ever going to order or recommend this restaurant to anyone. And then reaching them on phone is like waiting forever.

Great Thai/Vietnamese food, I love the new location. They are always busy and the staff is very accommodating. They are very service oriented. I eat a whole-food plant-based diet and love their salt and pepper tofu, tofu spring rolls, Vegetable Pho and Thai Eggplant. I've never had anything that wasn't great. Always fresh and served quickly.
