This is our go to donut place since they're super close to us. They have a good selection. Be sure to check your order, especially at the drive thru. They have gotten my order wrong many times, mostly doing the weekends at the drive thru, usually the same guy. He seems to get flustered and frustrated when I order a variety of donuts. So now I check before driving to far.

TERRIBLE FIRST EXPERIENCE !!!My Mom Thought It'd Be A Great Idea To Stop By This Location To Buy Us Breakfast Today At Approximately 10AM. We Waited In Line At The Drive Through As A White Male Approached Our Car With A Notepad To Take Our Order. I Told Him My Moms Order And Proceeded To Ask My Kids What They Wanted. I Noticed He Seemed To Have Been Frustrated At This Point. So I Failed To Order For Myself So He Can Proceed To Tha Next Car. Once We Got To Tha Window The White Male Had Entered The Shipleys Location And Then Gave The Cashier Our Order. To Be Honest I Thought Him Taking Our Order Outside Was POINTLESS !! My Mom Then Moved Up A Bit And Rolled The Back Window Down So That I Can Add My Order On. I Continued With "Can You Add A Hot Chocolate"? The White Male Then Approached And Said "We Already Gave You A Hot Chocolate". My Mom Intervened And Said "Yes, Shes Ordering For Herself Since She Noticed You Were In A Hurry". He Then Said "This Is Why I Perfer For The Adults To Order". Keep In Mind I Am 24 Years Old !! I Ended Up Cancelling What I Wanted The Attitude This Guy Had Ruined My Appetite. My Mom Went Inside To Get The Receipt They Failed To Give Us. I Saw Them Through The Window Going Back And Forth As A Manager The Last Thing One Should Do Is Argue With A Customer. I Went Inside To Get Her. My Mom Then Told Me That He Had Said That He Was Frustrated Because Of How Long I Was Taking To Order (Didn't Take No More Than 3 Min). No One Had Him Outside. Him Being Outside Made No Difference Than Us Ordering At The Window. It Turned Out THIS Was The Manager !! Brandon Was Tha Managers Name By The Way. I Appreciate The Cashier For Having Had Apologized For Not Only The Long Wait But For Tha Comment The MANAGER Made. Sometimes People Should Just Do Their Jobs And Keep It Pushing. Theres No Need For Unnecessary Comments Or Remarks. Im Laughing Now But At That Moment He Had Ruined My Appetite. I Feel Bad For The Employees Having To Work With Him.
We visited 10019 W Parmerln. The white man was rude with my husband and he continued with me. When he answered me rude my husband asked him was polite. The man very rude kicked us out of the store. We never go back to that horrible place
Terrible customer service both from the older heavy set guy and from the middle aged guy. Multiple times. If these people can’t handle hard work like this then sell your store. I’d much rather go to one handled by people that can manage hard work and good service at the same time. I suggest everyone do the same there is a Grand Donut a few miles away I’ll be going to from here on out. Dissatisfied
There was a guy wearing a flat billed snapback hat taking orders inside. He was very condescending towards people giving their orders. Said remarks such as "I can remember more than one thing and have you still not figured out what you want?" He shook his head after helping nearly every customer and another gentleman with his daughter was taking a picture of the menu and you could tell he was annoyed once again after shaking his head in clear annoyance. Another older gentleman came up and proceeded to tell us how we shouldve ordered. All in all food is good as most Shipley's are but this particular locations definitely lacks customers service time after time.
Our go to place to get donuts. Lot of different options, kolaches and coffee. Friendly staff. Specially ask for their mind blowing warm glazed donuts.
This location is the best location. Their devils food is so good. All the other locations have a different flavor
