I pulled up Shipleys at Anderson Lane on line it says they open mon thru Friday at 5 am .not true when I got there at 5:30.am they were not open. And they always seem to be out of the plane glazed chocolate filled donuts. If go there might want to call ahead to make sure they are open and that they have what you want so you're not in for a let down Zzzzz

Big Earl with jalapeño. 1 is enough for a middle-aged average man. Cheap, tasty, filling.

So good. But was shorted a donut. Wanted a dozen but it was just about closing time so not their fault but was told they had 7 left and so I paid for 7 but was only given 6. Otherwise great place

Not the highest quality or fancy donuts, but definitely great for the price with an old fashioned donut flakey fried taste

I was very disappointed. Online it says they close at 2:00. I showed up just before 1:30 only to find the doors locked the shelves appear to be bare and the people inside just kind of looked at me with a bit of a smug grin on their face. The sign was still lit saying open. And if they had changed hours to close earlier I saw nothing to indicate as such.

Horrible experience as staff and manager is lazy and more interested in giving free donuts to friends rather then helping paying customers ! Waited in drive through for 20 minutes and then go inside and wait another 10 mins only to see that sluggish staff as zero selection of donuts and definitely not interested in working or helping customers and more important to give free donuts non paying customers .

They were out of orange juice and my boyfriend stole my donut I know it's not their fault but I was deeply negatively impacted by the treachery

Great service, great products, and they were stocked unlike a place down the road. Will definitely come here from now on.

Gentleman was super nice who waited on me! Huge selection, very fresh, highly recommend for Grubhub, etc.

The women who work here live with infinite amounts of attitude. Every single time. No customer service skills. The donuts are most often dry and or inconsistent. But, I was out Sunday walking and decided to stop in. Mistake.. the apparent queen of donuts was mad that I dared to try to walk up to the door while they’re still open and ask a question. They close the inside hours before they close.. apparently, but also close it earlier than it’s posted… the previous three times. So I wanted to ask why. She met me at the door to let me know… the customer… that I was an issue for asking questions about them being closed when they’re open……. Then after she realized I was trying to.. you know.. be a customer. She asked if I wanted to buy. I asked her why I would now.. so she threatened me as I walked away.. three times. Telling me I needed Jesus? I was 100+ feet walking away on the sidewalk not talking to her.. but she reopens the door and says she’s calling the cops? Are you insane? All I did was try to be a patron and understand the nature of the inconsistency of this location. No point. I’ll just go to the other donut shops on that corner. This shop can rot. It looks like it is anyway. Old and gross.
