Shaved Ice Island had become my favorite snow cone place in Austin. Their specialty flavors are tasty and original and their ice is nice and fluffy. Definitely a nice treat on a hot day, or any day really.
I was still thinking about my Watermelon Fresca with lime and tajin on the drive home. A friend introduced me and I’ll never forget this experience. I have slept on shaved ice too long. And they go above and beyond with the pup cup. “Life changing,” yes indeed ?
After checking out Shaved Ice Island.... omg. I've deemed this to be the BEST over Sweet Caroline snow cone. The reason for this is... their lemon flavors are very light in color and doesn't look so dyed like Yellow 5. I had the peach black tea flavor, it was very mellow and I really enjoyed it sans the sugary flavors. It was fantastic. It deserves a repeat and is my number one go to place now.
The theme of the trailer was awesome! Small quotes and cute artwork everywhere. Service was quick and friendly! The snow cones were delicious! There are benches you can sit at next to the trailer. There was also a chalk board near the benches.
Staff was very friendly!! They have an amazing selection of flavors and toppings to choose from. Sizes range from kids cup to xl. Great prices. Benches outside if you’d like to enjoy this Tx heat lol. Life changing snow cones is the quote here!!!!! Will definitely be returning I found my new spot sooo I highly suggest!!!!!!!! The BEST shaved ice in Austin! I will keep coming here until the day I die. I love the Mexican Rice Pudding flavor, It’s the best.Staff is always super friendly and they’re super quick. Even on a busy day, I’ve never waited more that 5 min for our shaved Ice. ? ?
Great specialty flavors! Their Mexican rice pudding may be my favorite shaved ice ever. Lots of interesting regular flavors and good sugar free options. Staff is always friendly and efficient. ❤️
Love this place! It's always a pleasant experience coming here. Fast friendly service with an inviting atmosphere. Eveyone is welcome, they even offer pup cones for the four legged friends! There are lots of unique flavors as well. Highly recommend stopping by!
Great customer service and nice clean
We had Rahul and his team out to our client event this past weekend and the shaved ice was a HUGE hit! Our guests were very excited to get such a treat, and so many of them commented on how tasty the Cold Brew flavor was. Everyone had a great time and we know Shaved Island Ice had a part in that. We will absolutely have them out to another party soon.
