Highly unprofessional. Forgot our order, gave multiple reasons , changing each time (ie lying) .Went back on their word to make our order free. Refused to give managers number . Refused refund initially.
Bubble tea. So much fun. So yummy. Our drinks were delicious. The young lady that took our order helped us create our drink since we have only had bubble tea once before and we did not know what to order. I love that I got to choose my sweetness and other additions/ toppings. This is a nice clean little shop with some inside seating. Relaxed atmosphere. If I lived close by I would definitely come here often.
While I've heard great things about this shop, I was disappointed.You can't customize drinks by changing or adding a topping or jelly. The staff were understandably firm when they said no, but were not very interested in talking about the menu.I did enjoy the lemon jelly in my tea. It was a large portion of soft jelly rather than the small dense rectangles.
First time customer, soon to be a frequently returning customer.They have an extensive menu, with excellent customization and even better customer service!The staff was kind, knowledgeable, and patient, which are great qualities to have for the sort of relaxed atmosphere that boba tea is generally expected to be part of.Because the options all sounded good, I'd asked the staff for input regarding their favorite drinks, and they did not steer me wrong!They suggested wintermelon, and I was able to customize the sweetness, ice content, and toppings.I had a 50‰ sweet, no ice wintermelon tea, while my partner got the matcha red bean with ice cream and a honey milk tea for later.100/10 will recommend to everyone I know :)
Good beverages, very lazy service. We ordered online and went up to the counter where pickups were. There were plenty of people walking by the counter and clearly seeing us waiting patiently there. We were not greeted at all or told to hang on while they finished what they were doing. We got no service even after someone who had walked in after us and ordered at the counter got their drinks delivered AT THE SAME COUNTER. The employee walked away without acknowledging us. This went on for 5 minutes until another online order customer arrived and was actually acknowledged. Not a good first impression as far as the service goes.
The tea is actually incredible and the sizes are huge. I love this place.
