Dim Sum Asian Fusion Szechuan

It was so good to have their Dim Sum once again. Since the pandemic that had us avoid indoor dining. We had the shrimp dumplings, chicken feet (Phoenix claws), pork ribs, and beef chow fun. All dishes were perfectly and freshly made. The wait time was only about 15 minutes, which, is shorter then expected. Service is good and courteous even though we could see they were busy (we dined between 1pm to 2:30pm). A revisit for sure in near future for this neat mom & pop's Dim Sum restaurant!

The best dim sum I’ve had so far in Austin! Everything came out quickly and was super fresh and hot. The shrimp shumai had big chunks of fresh shrimp. They have authentic dishes like chicken feet and century egg congee, which I’ve been struggling to find in Austin. The dining room is very spacious and there is a lot of parking. Will be coming back!

This place doesn’t even make any sense. The prices are so high that they could legitimately be buying food from another dim sum place and having it delivered. On top of the high prices ($7+ for a dim sum plate that’s usually $3.25-$4 anywhere else), when you go to “check out” (you have to do this on your phone) they whack you with an additional 15% “service charge.” There’s one guy working all the tables! Absolutely no way. I don’t mind paying for quality food, but this is PREDATORY.

A lot of parking spaces for sure and we got there super early, right as they opened. Very friendly staff and got got seated pretty quickly. You can the bar code and order and paid directly. I would recommend order and pay as you go. Is pretty easy. The restaurant has some funky smell as we walked in, but gave it a try anyways. Plus, we didn't get sick afterwards, so that's a good sign... lol!Food was decent, but a but pricey. I will definitely try other places before coming back.

Hands down one of my favorite Chinese restaurants in Austin. Personally, I go here quite often and I love it because you can get dim sum at any hour rather than weekends only during certain hours. I love the food and the waitstaff is very attentive as well.

Get this- they don’t have any waiters any more they make you order via toast tab which is super user friendly but when it’s time to pay, toast tab takes 15% service fee!!! And you end up paying it. You still have people working there to get you your food so do we tip them or not? Sucks. Food is substandard not like pre pandemic times.

We didn't end up eating here because of how you have to order your food. They make you use the Toast App. This app charges a 15% service fee on top of a tip. We came for dim sum and didn't want to place multiple orders and pay via the app. When we asked them about the 15%, they couldn't explain what the fee was for or who was receiving the money. They offered us to order via a menu but said we would still have to pay via the Toast App at the end. Since we weren't comfortable with that situation, we left. Would have loved to try their food, but can't trust the fee.

The dim sum here is wonderful, the hostess was very kind and helpful as well. Only complaint is that our entire order came out at once, some dishes were already getting cold so we felt pressured to eat quickly.

The food is fairly mediocre. Most items taste as though they came from a bag from the store. It actually was so bad that we went to 99 Ranch down the street ourselves after eating here, bought dim sum items, and it tasted better than what we received.Service was fairly poor as well. To top it all off, there’s a hidden service charge added on to the end of your bill. I’ve seen the owner say that the service charge is to stay in business due to COVID but if that’s the case, increase the menu price items. Surprising people with a service charge at the end of the bill is poor business ethics. I will not be going back to this place due to the service fee alone.

First and last time ? the app they are using make us feel being fooled, when you order service fee is included but then they will kind of forced you tip on top. We r really big tippers Just not a fan with this kind of tipping.Food not bad, 5 of us spent around $40/ person but for the speed and price, There’s lot more option available in Austin area.
