5:45P.m. 6/22/22I Took a friend of mine to The Parmar McNeal location. It was his first time. Daniel, the person who took our order, was very nice and was able to explain the menu to my friend. My friend ended up getting the "California Chicken Flat" Which he enjoyed very much.. I got the "Beef Fiesta" w/ a Jalapeno and Cheddar Cheese Bread; very delicious The dinning room was clean. It only had 6 or 7 people dinning in.. the drive and pick-up orders seem to keep the Staff busy All-n -all it was a great experience for my friend. (who is very picky but now a fan) . Great Job!
I don’t usually leave reviews for fast food locations, but I had to because of my experience here. The older man in the drive through window was so pleasant to me and made my drive through experience better than other restaurants. The food was delivered quickly, and was hot and fresh. Also the Italian calzone is absolutely delicious if you haven’t tried it yet. 5 stars especially for the older man in the window, you rock! Very surprised how happy I was with this visit
The McNeil Parmer Location has a lttle sign in the drive thru reminding them that service businesses are short-staffed, and to be kind to those that come to work. I could appreciate that.♥️

There have been very few times that I have been disappointed with what I received from this Schlotzskys which can’t be echoed for the rest of the chain. I rarely have to spend any time in the drive through and I always have a courteous experience with the folks taking my order. I am a naturally chatty person and I have not had anyone shrug me off or dismiss me. When I would like something hot and fast this is where I go!
Always quick and professional. Great sandwich. It fits in my food budget per meal.Love yall

oh stop this is gonna be a long review. THE FOOD IS BUSSIN. THE FLAVORS OF THE BUN AND CHEESE MELT ON MT TOUNGE. THE DRINKS FEEL LIKE HOLY WATER EVEN EHEN THEY AREN’T WATER. HOLY SPRITE, HOLY DR PEPPER, HOLY ORANGE JUICE. ITS SO CALMING?, THE COOKIES ARE ALSO BUSSIN BUSSIN. I WOULD SPEND 100+ DOLLARS TO EAT THOSE FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE. Worst restaurant experience i have ever had. ordered delivery, did not get what i ordered, driver was rude and did not care. I called the store 20 or so times and got no answer so i had to drive down to the store (totally negating the $5 delivery fee i was charged along with the undeserved tip.) i get to the store and the employees throw their hands in the air annoyed that i am at their empty restaurant and are completely rude. they refused to refund me or let me speak with a manager. If you have to eat at a schlotzskys do not eat at this one, it cost me $25 to learn that lesson. i will continue to call corporate for my refund, but if they run corporate anything like this store i don't have high hopes
Schlotzsky's have some delicious sandwiches. My favorite is the chicken smoke cheesy.
