It's usually hard to go wrong with this Austin favorite sandwich shop. That being said, this was by far the worst experience I've had at this normally great place. I placed my order at the drive thru and proceeded around to the pick up window. I had my card out and ready and when I looked over, all I saw was a hand waiting for my payment. Never said hello or even acknowledged my presence other than taking my card. Hand reappeared with my card followed by chips, drink and a few seconds later the brown bag with my food. I politely said thank you and left. When I got home, the order was wrong, no napkins, no straw and no Diet Coke. I called the manager and let them know what had happened. They assured me this was a one time thing and they have invited me to come back and the manager would pick up my bill. Once that happens, I'll be back to update this review.
awful experience. never coming here again. they messed up my order and forgot to put avocado on my sandwich. when I went back through the drive through and told the person in the window she didnt apologize or offer a refund. she said nothing and just handed me a cup of old brown avocado.The sandwhich also tasted bad
Your dining room wasn't open on SATURDAY evening, and your drivethru was 3 miles long. Looks like it's Dominos for dinner.
Ordered 2 lunches online, a pick 2 and a salad. Pickup bag receipt showed both items. Returned to office with only 20 minutes left in the lunch hour to find no salad in the bag. Small prep receipt in the bag only had the pick 2 on it. Called store 3 times with no answer. 4th time manager answered and offered me store credit. I requested refund and they said I "should" see it 3 to 4 days. No concern a person missed eating a lunch. Hope the refund goes through. I will say the pick 2 looked good, too bad it was only half the order.I recommend you open the sealed bag before leaving and make sure everything is accounted for.
I just left the drive thru, they were closed and its past the opening time. It should be opened, 9:00 am neither the drive thru or restaurant was open. This isn't the first I go and they don't open till after 9. Not sure how to get ahold of Britany Wilson General Manager , from whats posted on the sign. When I arrive there was a car already waiting in the drive thru, losing business

Lobby closed, ok that was my fault for not checking online first. Drive through took 30 minutes for me and the 5 cars in front of me. I can get over long than usual wait times even if they are annoying.My biggest problem with this location is without fail the customer facing attitude of the employees, they don't even try to hide they want you out of there asap, they asked "what's your order" repeated it, and then said my total "at the window"Once at the window there was no communication except for the "here's your order" after I paid. No confirmation of the order, no total due, nothing. When I got back to work to eat my food I learned I had the entirely wrong order that was hidden by the cinnamon bun on top the person behind me had also ordered.Not the first time as this location has consistently messed up my orders or had zero positive customer interaction of any kind leading me to having an overall negative experience.I don't need you to ask me how my day was, but confirm the order and total before accepting payment, and don't take my card into the window and close it.
Always a great place for date night! We split a large deluxe original along with chips and drinks! Love Schlotzsky's!

You can never go wrong with a good sandwich and they definitely have them along with a polite staff .
