This location meets the standards of brand requirements.  Bread is always fresh. Meats are sliced thin. Sandwiches are the right temperature.  Salads are fresh. My interactions with employees have generally been positive.

Ordered a #3 and it was missing the veggies and bacon. There was also too much sauce in it with a weird gooey consistency.

Great food!! I got my pizza super quick. The only reason I gave it a 4 star was because most the the tables still had crumbs on them from previous customers. The staff was still young so it’s understandable. Other then that. The food it good and the diagram of the floor plan is very pleasing to be in!

I gave it 2 stars because of the way the cashier embarrassed me in front of my wife, and to top it all off the, bread was not fully cooked and I had to tell them to re-make the sandwich. I'm a big guy, so I do like big meals, I ordered a large original turkey and out of nowhere the cashier asked with a tone of voice of these people can't afford this meal, "are you aware of how much the large sandwiches cost?" I felt bad, because my wife was telling me how dirty my cloth was, when I met her to eat, I had just been digging some holes, so my cloth was dirty. I don't think it's right for people to judge others by the way they look or dress. I think Schlotzky's needs to train their employees to keep their thoughts to them selves. My wife a I just laughed it off, but I'm sure there are people out there, that won't like to have that experience happened to them.

Very friendly staff and delicious food. There was an issue with the checkout system during my visit but the manager and staff were extremely personable and apologetic, and did their utmost to ensure my experience was still positive. Despite the technical difficulties, they were in good spirits and very accommodating.

This place after 4 visits, never fails to please. The food is beyond great and a medium size meal has a good amountto take home. Salads are in a class of their own. I did both. Dined in and took out. Lunch Spent $11:00 for an excellent meal.

Not good. I hadn't eaten here in like 8 years and now I remember why. My turkey and avocado sandwich looked superficially good on the outside. Appeared to be fresh. But on biting into it, the turkey had this weird slimy texture, and the avocado was flat and tasteless. I could pick up any avocado at HEB and it would be better than that. I managed to eat half the sandwich but lost my appetite for the other half. Additionally, there is a faint smell of I don't know what.Avoid this place if you have an even remotely refined palate. Or if you are easily grossed out.

The food is amazing especially the sandwiches the service was amazing they got my food out in an instant and it was very well done the only problem was that it was a bit crowded besides that it was perfect.

This sandwich ? was Awesome! Warm and hit the spot. Can eat half now and half for the next day.

Calle (spelling?) the order taker at West Anderson Lane was so helpful and very patient. Explaining whether they have a particular item is available or not and even shared her opinion when asked about a particular item. These days, very seldom onesuch as myself; to come across rare quality such as hers to find. She is a gem.
