I drive for Uber eats and a lot of people order from here so I figured I’d check it out. Was not disappointed! The vegan lox and the works was pretty good and had a variety of delicious and fresh ingredients. Service was fast and employees were friendly. Was satisfied with the amount of food for the price.
Every time I visit, I leave happy and satisfied. Great customer service. Delish bagels (I get the lox with works religiously). Only complaint would be that they need to expand because the wait can be a little crazy.
I usually love this place, but they served me a bagel that hadn’t been properly proofed— aka it hadn’t rose and was flat, not fully cooked/raw and dense.Wish I hadn’t waited to eat till I got home, super disappointing. Should never have served a bagel that never rised and raw inside.I know it seems small— but they only have one product line; bagels. It would be like going to a bread shop and getting a raw loaf— if it didn’t come out right then you don’t serve it. $7 wasted
Native Austinite, have gone to Rockstar for years now and they're always fresh and delicious with a great staff. The other day I had ordered a baker's dozen as a gift and they left out 2 of the bagels. I emailed them to let them know and they got back to me, gave me my bagels, and then some, and even bought me a cup of coffee! So great and so good, check them out and try the Rosemary and Salt with the bacon cream cheese! ?
Bagels are good. I like them more toasted than they serve so I get them not toasted and toast at home. All their cream cheese is yum! I just ordered a brisket bagel for the first time and the brisket wasn’t good. It tasted more like unseasoned pot roast and was in small chunks but not like chopped brisket either. I’m from Austin so I know good brisket, and this unfortunately is not. I’ll still go back for their bagels tho!
This vegan lox & the works on the rosemary salt bagel was the most scrumptious thing I’ve ever eaten.
So so good! I had a bagel with the lox and my hubby had a rockstar bagel with brisket. Both bagels were phenomenal! The service was quick and efficient too. It's a perfect way to start your day. Please stop by and support this small business. They are there for you.
I heard so Many good things.BUT, Apparently the menu I ordered from online with Uber eats all of the "spreads" are together. So I paid over 4$ for a soggy bagel with jam. NOT PEACH JAM CREAM CHEESE. Or butter extra .50 and jam.I also order another bagel with VEGGIE (cream cheese not labeled)BUT I DIDN'T GET A BUNCH OF VEGGIES.I called to clarify my misunderstanding of the menu discuss the app and how it was misleading BUT the manager could not be bothered. Left. As they were closing. I was made fun of repeatedly because I assumed all the "spreads" were choices of cream cheese.I really just wanted to make it right and clarify that's what happened. Again...1.89 for Jam? No butter that is .50 Extra. There are only 3 raisins in my bagel too!And again. The cream cheese above the jam in that list is not defined as cream cheese.Belittling me. And not wanting to make it right is NOT "GOOD BUSINESS ".Glad the Rockstars at this establishment got a good laugh. It's Overpriced and you will Love the Abuse too!

Excellent, excellent bagels and great neighborhood joint! I would give 5 stars if the wait was shorter for walk-up. Otherwise, this is the perfect spot to order a vegan lox on rosemary salt bagel and bike to from ~30 mins away. We’ve done bulk orders for work easily ahead of time and they have coffee carafes. Friendly staff!
