was so excited to finally eat after standing for hours next door at emos just to find out i only received one tender instead of three. i would have turned back if i wasn’t so tired and on my way back to san antonio. i’m so disappointed, and don’t understand how the plate went through multiple cane’s employees that didn’t realize there was only one tender.

This was my first time visiting this establishment. I’m here for a college graduation from Atlanta. I must say, being a chef and a person that serves, the service was immaculate and the food was simply amazing. Service was fast, cashier was very courteous, friendly & patient. The order did not come out correctly, however, the gentleman that waited on us was very quick to correct the order. Wow! What an amazing staff that was behind the counter. Everyone that was behind the counter began to pitch in when the dining room began to fill. I didn’t see anyone in particular instruct the staff to do that. I noticed that saw a need and filled it. Great job & great food. Highly recommend! I will be returning when I come back to Austin.

Drive thru is pretty narrow as others mentioned. Service was very fast. In and out within 10 minutes with ~8 cars ahead of me, during dinner time. Food quality is above average for fast food. The tenders are pretty small, but tasty and very fresh, the coleslaw was passable and the fries were on the soggy side. Canes sauce definitely a hit.

This particular restaurant is located in a very bad spot, but that’s not what this review is about. The drive thru itself is extremely tight and impossible to turn in a truck truck without banging against their built in caution poles. When we pulled up to order, I asked what their Cane’s sauce tasted like. The person taking my order replied with “we can’t give out the recipe, it’s confidential.” I then said “I don’t need the recipe, I just haven’t been here before so I wanted to know what the sauce is like,” (I’m a sauce girl) “is it like a ketchup/mayo combo, barbecue, thousand island, ranch… etc” she replied “no it has no ketchup or mayo in it, but again I can’t share my recipe.” Great, literally no help at all. I literally just wanted to know what it tasted like los Anyway, looked up the recipe after just because of how resistant and unhelpful she was, and it turns out it is made with mayo, ketchup, Worcestershire, pepper, and garlic. HA! Food was alright, nothing special. Menu could definitely use some diversity.

Ordered the 6 piece strips 'CAINIAC' meal for $14+.GOT HOME TO 4 STRIPS ONLY.I really wanted the extra food for later but now I don't have it and it's too far to go back to!???????The cashier was nice, I guess she just forgot to give me my food??

Love raising canes and their food, but recently it’s come to my attention that every time I go the chicken tenders are microscopic. I didn’t go to canes for chicken nuggets I went for a chicken tenders and when the chicken tender is literally the length of my index finger that’s ridiculous.

Raising Cane’s is generally good, but this locations has the smallest, skimpiest chicken “strips” I’ve ever had. Not worth the price.

Always fast friendly service from this location of the iconic Rasing Cane's. I most of the time order ahead for in store pickup and by the time I've driven there my food is ready and waiting on their pickup shelf. Extremely convenient for someone who is trying to pick up a quick meal. The staff here is great!

When I went That place was almost full that why I decided GO through drive Tru window I order combo chicken fingers was good also the fries. this place will get packed overnight

Be careful of the traffic on Riverside trying to get there but if you can make it through the drive through obstacles you're going to get the best canes you've ever had
