The staff at this location are absolutely amazing. I showed up at high noon today with fifteen hungry students, a tax exemption form, and a check that needed to be split. They handled the situation with grace, precision, and saintly patience. The kitchen was amazing with the turnaround on the meals. I really really appreciated the professionalism and service at this location.-A tired chaperone.

Visiting from St. Pete, FL...we don't have this franchise around us that I know of, but WOW that is goood chicken! So soft and perfectly moist, not squishy and not dry af! Their special sauce is yummy and I'm not usually into dipping sauces. Staff was fast and nice and the place was very clean. I recommend you visit this specific location if you're in the Austin area! Thanks to all the employees there!

I love Cane's, but the location is horrible. They don't have the efficiency of traffic control like the Chick-fil-A across the street. Because of this, the drive thru is a hot mess. It gets corrected, just don't go hangry.

Love this place. Fast friendly service. Chicken is amazing

I’m giving three stars solely for the parking lot/drive-thru. Accessibility to this location is AWFUL. It’s too busy and too cramped for the amount and flow of business. The tight contentious spacing is very DANGEROUS.Apart from that, the staff is always friendly, the dine-in is tidy (restrooms could use a little extra attention), outside landscaping always looms nice and well-kept, the drive-thru does go quickly even with a long wrap-around line, and the food is consistently good.

Delicious. Friendly service. Husband and I shared the 6 piece chicken finger meal. Perfect amount to share to not be overly stuffed. Need to bring Raising Cane's to Washington state.

When I decide to eat something I know isn't healthy, i at least want it to taste great. The whole chicken strip meal was blah. The slaw tastes like candy it's so full of sugar and the chicken was consistently mediocre. Will be easy to skip this and find something healthier next time.

I've tried Cane's a few times and wasn't impressed with there food. This time I went the food was a lot better. The tenders are too small but they tasted really good.

Love the food, but I cannot continue to support this business. Food is massively overpriced, and the most recent price increase is far too much. For months, this restaurant has been pushing job applications with every order, clearly unable to hire anyone (or retain workers) because workers cannot make enough to afford even the poorest apartments in town.Six poorly breaded chicken fingers will never be worth $14 and a long wait

Typical canes but the toast is actually done nicely unlike some canes. Very nice canes restaurant
