What a find this taco place has been! Love their tacos.... The cauliflower one has been surprisingly good. The shrimp and chicken ones are also good. Love the touch with different tortillas that they use. They are a touch more expensive than other taco places, but I feel the taste makes it worth it.

My family and I really enjoyed the food! My husband and I each got a taco and split the loaded fries and it was the perfect amount of food. Be prepared for a bit of a wait but worth it.

R19 has authentic decor from a local austin artist, uses only sous vide cooking method, and is one of the best authentic Cali Mex in Austin! Chris is community oriented and I have been impressed everytime I've been there.
This is a tough review, I want all local businesses to survive, but I don't see this place making it 12 months.They don't serve "lunch tacos" until 11:00, and they only have 3 choices for breakfast tacos, which isn't enough.The food was good, enjoyed the fries on the breakfast taco, but this is Texas; Cali Mexican will never be a thing here.Friendly staff, clean joint. Prices are too high for the food you get, and it took entirely too long to get food.Guess we can hope the next restaurant makes it at this location.
Amazing food, love the cali burrito with fries in it! Soo good!! Nice employees and the owner is a hardworking genuine person. One of the best options for food in this area.

Wow what a great spot. I run the Lone Star School of Music right up the street and customers keep saying we need to have R19 cater our events. Boy are they right. I grew up in San Diego and spent 30 years living from Tijuana to North Hollywood. The food is amazing and the staff made me feel like I was hanging out with friends. Tex-Mex and Cali-Mex are really different and this place nailed it. Great burritos and fries. I noticed that reviews say they have high prices, but they are not much higher than other places for the meal you get. The portions are large and each order is made fresh.
