Gotta tell you first impressions are deceiving. I was mad they messed up our order, knowing we don't have a lot of time to grab something and get bK with enough time to enjoy it without rushing. But not only did they not dispute forgetting one of our sandwiches, they gave us TWO freshly made ones still smoking as a "my bad have a nice day gesture." And that is worthy of 5 stars in my book.
Not an ideal location. They could do much better. Onlr drive thru. We ordered for 5 people yet no tissues were added or asked.
Never again ..went for 3 peice and ordered an extra biscuit..received my order 2 legs no bigger than my fingers and a thigh that was smaller than the legs..and no biscuit that I paid for ..had to go threw the drive thru and when I got to the window the woman said that's the size she has and basically just stopped talking..told them to refund my money not worth 14.80 of my money..this place needs new leadership..I will never go back
Worst Popeyes chicken I’ve ever ordered and bonus. There’s rebar in the middle of the east bound access to it.
There is no service to eat inside the restaurants, the waiting line is always a bit long but because they don’t have a lot of staff. Chicken is always freshly made and people are usually friendly and bilingual.
Horribly customer service they drive thru at this location Yu pull up to order a sandwich .just sandwich only then they ask Yu like 5 if that's all Yu want after answering them back 5 times that was all I ordered then they call me rude. Then get denied service and the snaggle tooth girl at the window stands there at the window smiling and waving Yu pass by. How rude and poor customer service
quality control needs some help. they are always forgetting sauces/utensils/the right amount of biscuits or sides etc. the food is good but they never get my order fully right.
I've been here multiple times and every single time there is something wrong with our order. The food is tasty and they're usually a bit fast, but make sure to check your order before you leave.
Highly dissapointed- First off I pull to speaker and a voice just says with no expression "can I help you"Almost just pulled away right then - so I order 8 piece family meal spicy extra side of Red Beans rice large- and a strawberry Fanta- This is obviously a 4 piece in picI get my order- only 1 biscuit when it says 4 - no hot sauce- no napkins- and no loveAnd then no receipt- windows closeI've been really struggling on finding a good Popeyes in Austin- Please step up game or you will lose a customer- and probly more thru my reviewsCmon Popeyes
Dining room isn’t open - not even for carry-out or mobile order pickup. The drive through line is always ridiculously long. They should have mobile order parking spots and do curbside pickup.
