6/11/22 around 4:34p I really wanted to come with praise but I can’t…..The meal was $14.20 for a 2 piece chicken 2sides and Apple pie but the service was trash and the chicken pieces were small…this Popeyes was the worse I have been to.I would suggest not going here it doesn’t matter time or day they are the most horrible…
The lady (Hispanic) was amazing accommodate my every needs old skool customers service. THATS WHAT NEED 2 B TRAINED for the millennium. CUSTOMER SERVICE POLITENESS GOES A LONG WAY. That's what that woman has!
On 04/24/22, I placed an order at 9:55pm when I got off working late on the Popeyes App and when I arrived at the store - the store was already closed even though the hours of operation was listed as open until 11:00pm on Sunday plus they did not have my food. Manager Ana told me to return to the store the next day for a refund. They did give me a full refund the next day and I politely told them that they need to update their store hours to avoid misrepresentation (falsehood). I received a voicemail from Eugenia on 05/04/22 requesting to speak to me about my negative review of the store. I tried to call back today on 05/05/22 and someone picked up the phone, did not say anything, hung up on me and all I get is a busy signal whenever I call back. They have not updated their hours of operation which shows a severe lack of professionalism. I am not interested in doing any more business with this Popeyes store and I would not recommend anyone to do business with them as well.
I know times are tough, I have nothing but love for workers. But a blatant Food Safety violation? Employee was having a personal phone call for several minutes, at moments putting phone on shoulder to use contaminated hand for food handling. Worker went out of their way in every other way for customer service, 5-Stars, so it breaks my heart that they choose to ignore the most fundamental priorities.
They still have a long way. You want to double-check your order every time. After 3 years is still not getting better.
They stop making chicken an hour before they close and refuse to make anymore. They also gave me the wrong order multiple times. Lastly they really need to get their hours correct.
I'm sure the service varies greatly as with all these average fast food places. But I've only been here twice and it's been good both times so 4 stars for now.The spicy chicken pieces seemed fresh and the blackened ranch sauce was awesome. I actually came here to finally try the Mac and cheese. It was not my favorite but not bad either. I've had the spicy chicken sandwich a few times at Popeyes and I've always liked it.A nearby chicken chain has better spicy chicken sandwich and better Mac n cheese in my opinion. But Popeyes is a good enough option to throw into the rotation every once in a while.
I went to this restaurant 04/06/2022 at 10:30pm. When I arrived all the outside lights were turned off, I almost hit the curve because my eyesight is already bad! Now turning the lights off??? I’m not sure if this is because of the city, or if the restaurant is able to turn them off.. how can sonic have them on but not this location??? To top it all off, when I tried to order they said they were closed. No chicken, no sides, not even a biscuit. This is unacceptable, especially after a long day of work.
They said out of mild will be 10 minutes. I waited 40 minutes . They forgot about me and then still gavet me a ton of spicy chicken instead of what I ordered. The workers are playing and joking around. The line is around th building and the manager can't seem to help. I got all the way home and had to order pizza for my kids. No one eats that hot chicken. I'm so so disappointed. The service is extra poor at popeys on palmer lane.
Cons - didn't get order correct. Asked for spicy got mild.Pros - chicken was hot out the fryer. The chicken was good just not spicy.
