HORRIBLE SERVICE! We drove all the way from Oak Hill after receiving our delivery order from UberEats. We initially contacted our driver to let them know our order was completely wrong and he informed us that he is unable to check the bags once they’re handed over- however he did notice our $80 order seemed a bit light and commented about it and they literally THREW a box of biscuits at him. We then called the store four times in a row with no answer, and decided to drive there ourselves. When we arrived, the manager informed us that he only had bone-in chicken left and he could refund our order but could not provide us the boneless tenders we had requested. (Probably why we received bone-in chicken instead of informing the Uber driver that our order would be completely wrong including wrong sauces.) We opted to take the refund and as we waited, the teenager on staff- short with brown hair (closing on 5/26/22) decided to pop out and comment on our order issues saying we should just “take the free food”. My fiancé replied that we didn’t spend $80 on a meal to not get what we requested for dinner, and he works hard for his money that we chose to spend there tonight. This employee continued to egg him on, sexually harass me and even FOLLOWED the manager when returning our card and refund receipt to hang out the door trying to provoke my fiancé into a fight. This establishment is an absolute disgrace (mainly the employee who had absolutely no reason to get involved). We’ve always enjoyed Popeyes, but this was by far the most insulting and infuriating experience we’ve ever encountered at a chain restaurant.

I've come here often, and most of the time the service is sufficient. Tonight, a worker at the window named Frances(I probably did not spell correctly), confirmed my order, and there was a mistake, and while I wasn't stressing in, she insisted on fixing it and didn't make it feel like a burden. Fixed it quick, and made me feel like my satisfaction was important. Really appreciate this type of service.

I love Popeyes. I ordered online however when I got there to pick it up it was not ready.I was told they were so behind on orders..Then they asked me for my number and I told them it was 93....they couldn't find my ticket that I placed on the Popeyes app.So they ask what I ordered, and they fill it however I did not get my beignets.. besides that Popeyes was out of sweet tea also ... didn't get the cocktail sauce to go with our shrimp orders.My family was very disappointed...my wife was trying for the first time.It will be awhile before we go there again.-Robert ATX disappointed ?☹️?☹️

I mistakenly went into the lobby ( the door was open) and went to the register where everyone glanced at me and then they proceeded to get the Mgr to tell me they were closed. It's fine that they were closed but were super rude to let me know the lobby was closed. I said I'm so sorry the door was open they said yeah you have to order outside. I'm fine with that but they were just super rude about it. Please put signs up.

Everything one should both expect AND receive from a well known restaurant. Great customer service and an active engaging staff!!

Not enough employees working. So because of that the line was way way way too long. I waited about 20 mins and still had not placed an order. So I left and went to get chicken Strips somewhere else. You all know where don't play LOL.

We made a large two-part order made through the app with my wife. The doors to the building were locked, so I had to spend 20 mins in a drive thru to pick up the order. When I got to the window, I was very clear I made TWO mobile orders (due to a limitation) and I was there to pick up two orders. I gave the names and the order numbers. They told me to please pull around the front of the building and they would bring it out to me. So, I pulled around and waited about 5 minutes. An employee brought me two large bags, I asked "is this both orders?" to which she replied "yes, thank you". I checked the bags and noticed I'm missing one of the orders (50 dollar order). She ran in before I could complete checking. I attempted to enter the building again, waited out front to wave an employee about my missing order and called the locations 4 times. I then called the district manager listed on the receipt simply to ask if there was a way they could get me in touch with the manager so I didn't have to spend another 20 minutes in the drive thru again.. it went to an voicemail. I left a voicemail begging for help so my other order of over $100 dollars wouldn't get cold. Nothing. No reply. Now day 2 and no call back still. So, I went into the drive thru, sat in line for 25 mins. They gave me the order, never apologized, nothing. Just handed it to me in the window and walked off. Absolutely unacceptable. I spent nearly an hour there to get my 2 orders, I spent over 150 dollars, the building was locked and not even an apology. What the heck is going on with this location? An apology would have gone a long way. An unlocked lobby would have made this an easy fix. Answering the phone could have saved me over 30 minutes.

My grandson favorite place went today to pick up his chicken dining room was closed had a very long line but they got people through pretty fast no complaints

Bad customer service use to be the best in town! Good Management means everything the lady that's here now is bad an her cashiers are just like her!

The food was not fresh. The sides were filled less than half way. We will not be eating here again. The service and quality of the food has really gone down.
